Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts and drain etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiselling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and as per direction of the Engineer- in – Charge including setting out, Construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty milli metre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.By mixed in placed method as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 Eighty) to 100(Hundred)KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) of HPCL/BPCL on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.85 Kg (Zero Point eighty five Killogram) per square metre. Using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 complete including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) of HPCL/BPCL using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (Zero Point two hundred seventy five killogram) per Square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.complete including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects & direction of Engineer –in- Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and laying 30 mm (Thirty) millimetres compacted thickness Bituminous concrete with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5.5% (five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and cement filler @ 3% (three percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH producing on average output 75 tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required, grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications MORTH 2013 Clause 509 as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete M-10 (Ten) Grade nominal mix 1: 3: 6 (One cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) on ground or under water and ncluding the cost of form work and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications section 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 RCC grade M-30 up to any height and curing complete including cost of form work including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. .

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement of TATA SAIL, TISCO make in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
