Supply of 48 Volt 300AH VRLA battery Set containing 24 cells of 02 Volt each along with required accessories such as connecting strips and leads as per approved PTCUL technical specification. Including Freight & Insurance charges
Dismantling of old 48 Volt 300AH VRLA battery Set, containing 24 cells, including opening of all inter connections and Work of lifting and shifting of new Battery set with accessories from store to site by, with all T&P etc.
Providing and Fixing of MS Stand with Anti Acid paint Battery Stand suitable for 48 Volt 300AH VRLA battery Set, containing 24 cells, MS Stand should be insulated with anti-acid PVC insulation.
Work of Providing and laying of Copper Power cable (reputed make) of size 50 sqmm single core and make a proper connection with new 48 volt 300AH VRLA battery bank including all labour and T&P etc.
Erection, Testing and commissioning of 02 No. new 48 Volt 300AH VRLA battery Set, containing 24 cells of 02Volt each along required accessories in supervision of Specialist Engineer of OEM for minimum 05 days and 01 days training.
Checking and testing (DC battery cell capacity test of each cell) 48 Volt 300AH VRLA battery Set-I&II, and plot the graph of each cell and find the healthiness of commissioned 48 Volt 300AH battery cell including all labour and T&P etc.
Work of Checking of all control, Annunciator card and voltage settings for float and Boost charging in 48 volt Battery Charger-I & II after erection of new VRLA battery bank with necessary indicating meters and annunciation as per the requirement of expert engineer.
Work of overhauling of ACDB and MCDB including the replacement of all faulty components, tightening of all the electrical connections, and the installation of new component in place of defective one.
Shifting of dismantled 48V battery set from the battery room to the ths safe place as per direction of site incharge.
