Manning and operation of sewage treatment plant (STP) at Nagtalao continuously in two general shift of 8 hours each (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs ) with PHO-01 & Helper-01 in each shift including security of installations, cleaning of premises and installations area up to 5 mtrs beyond the location STP of The following machinery/equipment installed at STP for smooth operation and maintenance. (a) 3.70 HP Electric driven moter-2 Nos. (b) 1 HP Electric driven moter-1 Nos. (c) 3 HP Electric driven moter-3 Nos.(d) 15 HP Electric driven moter-2 Nos.(e) Dozing pump for adding Bio-nits – 01 No (f) 3 HP electric driven motor -02 Nos (h) 7.5 HP electric driven motor-2 Nos Also, Coarse Bed Screens, Equalization basins / Raw Effluent Sump (Wet Well), Raw Effluent Pumping Station (Dry Well), Raw Effluent Pumps and Motors, Fine Screens, Grit Removing Channel, Grit Removing, Mechanism Flow Distribution Chamber, Primary Settling Tank including sludge scrapers, Primary Sludge Sump (Wet Well), Primary Sludge Pumping Station (Dry Well), Primary Sludge Pump (s), Anaerobic Sludge Digester (s), Aerobic Treatment Processes including Aerated Lagoons using Mechanical Aerators (Fixed) & Aeration Tanks using Mechanical Aerators (Fixed) or Diffused Air, Secondary Settling Tank (s), Secondary Sludge Sump (s) (Wet Well),Secondary Sludge Pumping Station (Dry Well), Secondary Sludge Handling Pumps, Sludge Thickener (s), Sludge Drying Beds, Treated Effluent Channel to the outfall stream

Carrying out the following laboratory checks to the sample obtained from sewage treatment plant located at Nagtalao Monthly from any of the Government Engg College or any of the Govt recognized lab which is recognized by central pollution control board all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 1. pH 2. Total Solids (TS) 3. Suspended Solids (SS) 4. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) 5. Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) 6. Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) 7. Dissolved Oxygen (DO) 8. Temperature 9. Chlorine Demand 10. Residual Chlorine

Supply and Testing of treated water by O-Tolidine (Reagent) solution for determination of PH value of chlorine in water. Note: Duty staff of contractor will collect sample of water from residual end and will show tested sample to Engr-in-charge every day for record.

Manning for cleaning and removal of sludge from sludge beds consisting of eight chambers, and each chamber is of size 3.52x2.00x1.20m in every month to out side MD Land as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and mixing of amorphous type Alum available in plate form in water for sewage water treatment as required qty to reduce the turbidity of sewage water during the treatment of sewage water all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and mixing of powder form of polyelectrolyte in water for sewage water treatment as required qty in sewage water during the treatment of sewage water all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and mixing of liquid form of ecoclean in water for sewage water treatment as required qty in sewage water during the treatment of sewage water all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and mixing of Bleaching Powder for water treatment as when required qty to achieve desired value of residual chlorine present in water (PPM) or as per direction. Make: Aditya birla, DCM,Grasim

Supply and mixing of Bio-Nuts for healthy growth of bacteria in waste water treatment plants for B.O.D related treatments. Make: TES (Techno economic services) or equivalent all as specified and direted by EIC.. Refer Note 6 of page No 105.
