Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all depths and in all classifications of earth work such as pick work jumper work,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material /soil seprately and returning the usable soil in 15cm. layers by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable materila as directed in all leads/lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 3 : 6 (1Cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 (1Cement : 1½ Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns & the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers upto floor to level in all leads and lifts.

Squared rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortor 1:4 (1 : cement ,4 : sand) complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring , shuttering , strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors , roofs,landings and the like floors up to 200mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Wire crates made of GI wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire ,GI wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6 of size 15X15 Cm mesh (Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wire crates of GI wire filled with boulders of approved quality with square cut faces against the wire having rounded rectangular shape, weight of boulders shall not be less than 18 Kg and free from salt spots crakes ,cavities etc.(wire crates to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone filling behind the retaining wall in all leads and lifts.

Fixing GI pipe 65 mm dia with strainers as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge,

Providing, laying, fixing jointing and testing in trenches MSERW pipe of 200 mm dia metres confirming to BIS-3183-2007 of grade A and having wall thickness of 4.00 mm with plaindend and capable of with standing required test presser in randum length of 4 to 7 metres including manufacturing specials reducers/tapers,all short pieces,bends, tees etc.made from parent tubes, providing and welding of MS flanges table 28 .The MS flanges shall conform to BIS-6392-1971 (with latest up to date ammendments) duly welded in two layers ( two inner & two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3 mm thick compressed asbestos, fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets conforming to relevant BIS standared. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting,welding,jointing, providing and fixing of MS flanges, abrication of bends ,tees etc. including lowering and laying in excaveted trenches to ensure required level including flushing,cleaning and Hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in Charge.The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its redius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanised (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and special made from the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coat of antocorrosive bitumineous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Overlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material,flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.(Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 200 mm wide cast iron rungs with chequered of ribbed non slip surface including fixing with 200 x200x 100 mm cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1: cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sixe) in all leads and lifts to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precast man hole cover and frame conforming to IS- 12593-1988, part-I and IS=12592-1991, part-II 500 mm diametre complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
