Demolition cement concrete (un reinforced) of any descriptionand in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description for ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 sqm each including cutting holes in brick wall of appropriate size for insertion of cement concrete blocks for hold fast complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in haunching, kerbs and levelling course or similar works etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) over roof mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement over while the padding concrete is still green finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying one coat of cold bituminous primer (as approved by GE) @0.25ltr/per sqm over dried up surface of concrete/plastered including cleaning surfaces confirming to IS 3384-1986 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (Minimum), weighting not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighting not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bituminious primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torching application etc as per manufacturer's instructions. The overlaps shall be minium 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm longitudinal direction including one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 , Type A1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in path/paving finished the surfaces with spike rolling or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green without using extra cement even and smooth without using extra , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 ltr capacity hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified & directed

M&L for 25 mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms /20mm-250gms/ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm-690gms ) complete all as specifed and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new undecorated/ untreated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

PART-II (E/M WORKS)Taking down carefully submain wiring including all accessories without disturbing existing wiring fittings fixtures etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces all as directed and as specified in any type and size all as directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with four single core PVC insulated cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sq. mm nominal area and drawing into PVC non metallic rigid PVC casing including one run of PVC insulated with 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one unit.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. all as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked in and including heavy duty, PVC casing caping including all accessories etc ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes with earth dolly and 3mm laminated cover sheet suitable for fixing switches, sockets and regulators including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

Material and labour for laying of bricks locally available sub-class 'B' brick (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the directon of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.

Material & labour GI tube light grade 32mm for protection of UG cable including dismantling of old unsv pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of hole under roads with mechancial arrangment upto 80mm dia without disturbing the top surfaces of the road for passing thecable across the road , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any type from existing location carrying out cleaning and servicing and refixing in existing / new location with provn of ‘S’ type fan hook including connecting electrically with provn of new cable including painting of fans complete, in situ with approved synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, writing MES Nos in Roman Block letters / figures complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for removing the burnt out copper winding from ceiling fan and cleaning of slots & then re-winding with super enamelled wire of existing gauge incl all associated materials such as super cotton tape, film paper dry inmlation varnish, tape, insulation etc and heating, varnishing, replacement of bearings of suitable size etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.
