Horizontal Pump-Motor- Three phase AC Induction motor Make: Crompton Greaves 215 HP 1450 RPM. 270 Amps. Sr. No 4146. Dissembly and assembly of electric motor 215 HP. Cleaning the winding with solvant and varnishing. Painting the motor. Replacing with new bearing and grease. Wrapping the insulation wherever necessary and refit. Lifting and lowering the motor out of pump house with chain pulley. (Cost of bearings not included, consumables cost included)

Pump 3 Dissembly and assembly of Jyothi pump- 215 HP Removal of pump impellor and shifting to workshop for machining sleeve inclusive of transportation. Fitment of bearings. Replacing with new grease. Changing gland packing. Cleaning and painting the pump and (Pum p No 2) inclusive of oil paper, cleaning cloth, nuts and bolts etc. (Cost of bearings not included, consumables cost included)

Pump 1, 2, 4 Pump pre commisioning checks including, bearings greasing, gland replacement, all PM checks and laser alignment.

Cleaning of starter of control pannel including cleaning of bushes, contactors and megger testing.. Motor termination leads to be checked and providing Thick copper washer required for better contact as cable is heating. Dressing of cables, Checking power contacts of power contactor. Replacement of power contactor if contacts are worn out.. Main Panel control wiring to be checked. Checking of local push button stations of motor starters. Checking earth connections of all equipments.

Coupling with precission boring and key way milling. Make Fanner / Lovejoy.

Vibration monitoring of pump & motor. (3 visits that is December, February and May)

Visit charges for Breakdown calls / routine maintenance during operation of pump motor.

Servicing of chain block with spares including removal and refittment of chain block, disassembly, replacement of spares like friction washer, load wheel, safety latch, bearing etc.

Thermography of electrical instn allatio including Transformer (3 visits that is December, February and May)

Servicing of Vacuum pump and motor including cleaning and varnishing of motor, supplu and replacement of startor and gate valve.

Servicing of pump foot valve including removal and refitment of valves replacement of gaskets, flap sheet, nut bolts etc.
