Dismantling damaged AC roofing sheets of all sizes at any levels upto a maximum of 10M from floor level for roofs/ cladding by carefully unbolting, lowering sheets, conveying and stacking at places as directed, collecting roofing bolts and depositing at places pointed out, including all safety precautions to workers, equipments, machineries at the risk and cost of contractor etc., complete

Fabricating, erecting, setting, bolting/ welding in position MS structurals with new MS angles, channels, plates, rods, ISMB sections, joists etc for roof works, inspection ladders, platforms, handrails, racks etc as per the instruction of engineer in charge including straightening, marking, cutting, drilling, welding, bolting etc all as per standard practices and scrapping thoroughly to remove dust, painting one coat of primer and finish paint of two coats of chlorinated rubber including all labour charges, hire for tools, welding sets, gas cutting equipments, derricks, tackles, pipelines, cables, all cost of consumables such as welding rods, cutting gas, all safety measures such as safety net safety belt, helmet, goggles/ face shield, safety shoes, gloves, life line for hooking safety belt etc approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before starting the work on each day provided at contractors risk and cost and approval of TCC. (MS section, MS bolts, nuts, washers and paint will be issued free of cost by TCC.)

Fixing Galvalume roofing sheets(0.47 mm) thick, grey coloured, semi corrugated sheets at all location and heights upto 10m from ground level. The sheet shall be fixed by drilling holes for bolting and fitting roofing sheets in position with suitable GI bolts, nuts, GI washer etc and covering bolt holes using sealants, roofing compound etc. including cutting to size and shape wherever required, including all safety precautions to workers, equipments, machineries at the risk and cost of contractor etc. Required quantity of sheet shall be supplied from TCC free of cost complete

Providing protection netting below the truss level using heavy duty nylon nets and tarpaulin as supplied from Company, tying to columns, reinforcing netting using nylon ropes wherever requried, as required for men working above roof for sheet dismantling and re-roofing, making nets to the required sizes, structures and tying to required places, removing whole netting after work, all labour charges, all safety precautions, at contractor's risk and cost, and all other incidentals etc., complete

Providing ridges or hips width 60 cm overall width plain Galvalume sheet fixed with self driven bolts of approved size and quality at corrugated portion only ncluding all safety precautions to men and materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges, all other incidentals etc.(Required quantity of sheet issued free of cost by TCC)

Supplying and fixing gutters made of UPVC in required sizes and shapes of minimum 300 mm bottom wide trapezoidal shapes after providing necessary supporting systems and down water pipe conectivity including cost of all material brackets, all labour charges and all other incidental expenses, all cost of screws, rubber washer, sealants etc safety precautions at contractors risk and cost. All cost of UPVC make moulded to shape with required number of spouts as directed and other incidental etc

Fixing down water pipes to the required locations using PVC pipes and clamps including all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, all safety precautions at contractors risk and cost etc complete.(Required pipes isuued free of cost by TCC).
