M & L for Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for Mild steel CRS TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter in rough finished.

M&L for RCC grade M - 30 (Design Mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC grade M - 30 (Design Mix) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 and making even and smooth surfaces with water proofing compound . (Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement and making necessary joints and filling cealing compound approved quality , complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for providing precast cement concrete 1: 3 : 6 type C1, ( 20 mm graded aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks ,exc,10 cm in width and setting in CM 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete1 : 2 : 4 type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials (rock) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installed testing and commissioning submersible pump set , electric drivern 3 phase, 415 V (+10 or -10), confirming IP 68, CI Body, CI/Bronze impeller of head range 8-14 m, discharge 3600-475 LPM capacity of solid handling size 45 mm including installation , etc. complete all as directed by Engr in charge. M&L for weather proof flexible three core flat cables copper counductor insulated with PVC sheathed for submersible pump motor with voltage grade up to 1100 including proper lugs and fittings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-7” ,150 mm (6”) bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-7” ,300 mm (12”) bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for DI fittings and fixtures Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150mm bore.

M & L for NRV / Reflux valve cast iron body heavy duty with by pass arrangement suitable for size 150 mm bore complete including nuts, bolts, washers, CI flange and gasket etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fix of sluice valves flanged type class PN 1.6 of size 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed
