Supply of Mixed flow centrifugal waste water pump MF : 30-35 or equivalent complete with 52-55 HP Diesel Engine suitable gear box arrangement & priming pump. The complete pump set should be mounted on a suitable trolley and fitted with sluice valve ,suction and delivery pipe of Dia 300 mm & 350mm respectively in conformity to IS specification. to successfully handle flood/storm water with foreign suspended materials without clogging. The pump should be of capacity 350 Litre/second with minimum operating head of 4.50-6.0 meters complete. Detail specification : i) Matching Diesel Engine with requisite power to drive the above pump set. ii) Matching coupling with coupling guard and pair of companion flanges for above pump set iii) Starting unit with battery electrical panel board for above pump iv) Sluice valve as per IS specification to fit on the delivery pipeline of pump complete v) Two wheel trolley with tyre, tube, wheel rim and Axle Bar & Hook complete with canopy for mounting the above pump set. vi) Accessories comprising of Base Frame, coupling Guard, set of Foundation Bolts and Nuts and Pair of companion Flanges.

Supply of Heavy duty best quality armoured hose pipe conform to IS specification embedded with nylon thread fitted with M.S. flanges on both end and flexible for suction pipe of 350mm ID of length 4.5 Mtr. for above trolley mounted pump of 350 LPS to withstand pressure up to 6 kgf/cm2 .

Supply Strainer for suction hose of size 300 mm dia complete with all accessories as directed

Supply of M.S. delivery pipe to withstand pressure up to 6 kg /cm2 of waste water complete as per specification 350 mm ID, Length 4.0 M and wall thickness as per IS standard complete as directed.

Supply of M.S. flanges with nuts & bolts.

Supply of Gasket for above delivery pipeline.

Supply of MS Bend as IS standard at the delivery pipeline side complete as directed

Laying of delivery pipeline across the town protection dyke & erection of supprts for delivery pipe line complete as directed

Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps septic tank etc including refiling (return filling ) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking of clods in return filling dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixin place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of MoRTH specifications (with an initial lead of 5 km (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Providing brick soling in Foundation and under floor with stone / best quality picked jhama bricks, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the sub-grade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete . Brick on flat soling.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps walls,brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).
