Painting of plant buildings inside factory premises

Supply and painting of the exterior surface of the buildings which includes masonry walls, RCC columns, beams, sunshade, roof gutter, jally and other masonry surface. Details as per Sl No 1 in BOQ.

Providing painting for all fittings and accessories including windows, doors, supports, MS frames, grills, gates and all other parts need to be painted at site to suit ,wherever required as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Details as per Sl No 2 in BOQ.

Supply & painting interior surface of buildings including masonry walls, RCC columns, beams, ceiling etc. Details as per Sl No 3 in BOQ.

Supply & painting interior surface of buildings including masonry walls, RCC columns, beams, ceiling etc. Details as per Sl No 4 in BOQ.

Repair of external cracks of more than 1mm width at exterior surface of masonry structure of plant buildings. Details as per Sl No 5 in BOQ.

Providing masonry work in CM 1:5 for closing the existing openings using standard size concrete blocks of good quality after chipping & removal of damaged structure. Details as per Sl No 6 in BOQ.

Providing plastering in CM 1:4 mixing & application of mortar, finishing smooth to proper line & level for masonry wall. Details as per Sl No 7 in BOQ.

Supply and painting of MS structural roof trusses, rafters, purlins, bracings, stiffeners, joint plates, columns and other roof supports accessories etc. Details as per Sl No 8 in BOQ.

Supply & fixing PVC pipe of 140 mm dia or nearest, 4 kg/cm2 pressure rating for rain water down take from roof gutter, including suitable specials such as bends, tees, elbows etc. Details as per Sl No 9 in BOQ.
