Taking down carefully copper/ Aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete incl. (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, boards, DB, MCB, light fittings etc), removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring for one light/ Fan point controlled by one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including 20 mm dia (medium grade) non metallic PVC concealed conduit along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes, having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mmX300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm(concealed type) with 3mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc or metal flush boxes suitable for mounting modular switch, socket etc., including testing on completion, including cutting chases for concealed conduit , making good the disturbed surfaces using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in before but for one 3 pin, 5 Amp socket point on the same board with other switch, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) for one light/ Fan point controlled by 1 one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade in and including PVC capping and casing (double lock, ISI Marked) of suitable size with all necessary fittings along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including PVC rectangular switch board with plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc or modular plastic surface boxes suitable for mounting modular switch, socket etc., including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 here-in before but for one 3 pin, 5 Amp socket point on the same board with other switch, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of single core 4.0 Sqmm FRLSH (ISI Marked) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including PVC Conduit/ casing capping of minimum size 25 mm alongwith accessories on roof/walls/ ceiling etc including one run of 4.0 Sqmm FRLSH (ISI Marked) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth wire, including taking down old wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two run of 4.0 Sqmm single core cable, one run of 4.0 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit/ casing capping shall be measured as one run length.

Disconnecting electrical wire from ceiling rose, taking down ceiling fan/ wall mounted fan of any type/ size and make, opening and removing bearing, bush by using kerosene oil, carrying out fresh lubrication using grease and to make the ceiling fan noise free for smooth functioning( including replacement of worn-out/ unserviceable parts like capacitor, connector, canopy, bearing, down rod, PVC cable etc) assembling the repaired ceiling fan including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour code and writing MES No with black synthetic enamel paint complete including testing hanging the fan using new nut bolt with locking arrangement on its own position, connection with point wiring, complete all as directed. Note:Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only, labour elements involves for replacement of spare parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the the tenderer.

All as per item No. 50 here-in-above but for Exhaust fan 230/300/450 mm sweep .

M&L for Rewinding of Ceiling fan/ wall mounted fan of any sweep after dismenting complete motor assembly, bearings, bushings, removal of burnt copper wire, cleaning of core, inserting proper insulating paper in slots, winding with and as per existing size/turn of super enamelled copper wire, heating, vernishing, replacement of unserviceable bearings / bushings, assemble of motor and statar unit with capacitor, connecting wire, down rod, blades and testing complete. Note: 1. Cost of transportation will be inclusive of quoted rate. 2. Spares require for repair such as bearing, bushing, capacitor shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. 3. Cost of Connector block and capacitor holder shall be inclusive of the quoted rate.

Supply and replacement of PVC insulated sheathed twin twisted stranded copper flexiable wire of size 1.5 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Taking down geyser after disconnecting water and electric connection of any type, size and make, opening the plate and removing heating element, scraipng and cleaning mud deposites on the heating element and inside surface of geyser for proper functioning of geyser (including replacement of worn-out/ unserviceable items like heating element, thermostat, fusible plug etc.) assembling the geyser including writing MES No with black synthetic enamel paint , testing, hanging on existing position, connection with pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in charge. Note:Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

S&F in repairs angular stop valve 15 mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butter fly handles screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs bib taps 15 mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butter fly handles screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as directed.

S&F GI tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, nipples, sockets, tees, unions, short pieces etc. and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground & earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia , by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 15mm bore from earthing test point or main controling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade, wire mesh,charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode,concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C bothways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) including necessary earth work in excavation,returning in, filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including earthing pit cover etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized iron strip 25 x 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolt, and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel upto earth test point dully connected all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Standard Schedule part I including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate in alternate layers, construction of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 with 50 mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bars @ 150mm center to center both ways, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm bore GI medium grade and 32mm bore light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
