Repairs and renovation works to SRC Administrative Building No. 2.

Chipping of existing damaged roof upto expose the original slab and dispose the generated debris to outside the yard Complete all as directed.

Providing plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 mix by using 20mm graded crushed granite aggregate for Haunching and top of slab concrete with providing proper slope including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing , material & labour etc., complete all as directed.

Provide and lay water proofing treatment consisting of: (i) thorough cleaning of existing RCC roof slab (ii) Application of priming coat of compatible bituminous primer Sika WP Shield Primer W @ 0.300 kg per sqm over the cleaned and prepared roof surface complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Providing and laying STP(Shalimar) or Sika Atactic Polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified five layer prefabricated waterproofing membrane with thermal fusible properties on both side and having minimum thickness of 3.0mm and unit weight not less than 4.0 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven spun bonded polyester reinforcement @ 160 gm / sqm, <-50C cold flexibility. The layer of the membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints properly, leaving no bare edge or end of APP membrane and finishing the surface with trowel or otherwise to obtain a uniform surface. The minimum side lap and end lap shall be kept at 75mm and 100 mm respectively. The membrane shall be laid over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.300 kg./ltr per sqm made by the same membrane manufacture after necessary surface preparatory works such as cleaning the surface thoroughly, shaping mouths of outlets including cutting grooves (50mm x 50mm) in parapet and inserting edge of membrane and mending good damages by sand cement mortar (1:4) and shall be finished in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Applying two coats of aluminium painting.

Supply of 110 mm dia UPVC rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, including fixing of clamps, bends, shoes (supreme/ prince make) and removing of old pipe line and handover to disposal section etc., complete

Cutting of trunks and branches of trees upto 600 mm girth and disposal of unserviceable material to out side the HSL premises.

Apply two (2) Coats of Premium quality Acrylic Interior Emulsion of required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian Paints (Royale Shine), Berger (Silky Luxury) as specified by Engineer-incharge including necessary scaffolding etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic emulsion paint for ceiling over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes scrapping of old surface by mechanically with Buffing Machine)

Scrapping and cleaning of old paint surface before painting by mechanically (buffing machine) and applying two (2) coats of putty of approved brands Birla / JK to internal wall surfaces including applying suitable primer (Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved) complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Item includes Scrapping and cleaning of old paint surface before painting by mechanically (buffing machine) etc., )

Providing 12 mm thick plaster with CM (1:5) to walls at all heights and ceilings, beams, Stair-case, lintel soffits, projections, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors and windows etc., (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper if required) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) including filling gaps with putty and prime coat complete all as directed

Chipping of loose / spalled concrete to sunshade and providing 12mm thick plastering by using suitable chemical proportions to exposed steel and concrete surfaces as mentioned by Fosroc chemicals complete all as directed. (Chemicals measured in separate item)

Construction of wall with FALGY Bricks with clay fly ash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar (1:4) including all materials & men etc., complete.(Rate includes removal of old damaged wooden partition and handedover to useful material to CE dept.., dispose the Un-servicable material to Out side the yard)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for black Granite kitchen platforms of size 2.50x0.60 / as per requirement, approved shade, colour and texture including Providing edge moulding and machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink of size 610X510 mm bowl depth 200mm as per IS: 13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required etc., complete (Nirali / Anjali / Parryware make)

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal dia CPVC pipes for plumbing lines (concealed) of approved make Supreme / Prince / Astrial including fittings & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing 15 mm dia bore Brass C.P Bib cocks (Long) of standrad quality and size etc., Complete all as directed. (ISI make)

Supply and fix 100mm dia PVC Shower rose of Jindal or its equivalent ISI make complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 75mm dia UPVC Soil and waste pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type B, jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, including fixing of clamps, bends, shoes (supreme/ prince make) (rate includes removal old damaged AC/CI pipe lines and dipose to servicable material to scrap yard and unservicable material to out side the yard complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back lipped front urinal basin of make Parryware or Hindware of 430x260x350 mm with G.I clamps, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe, 15mm dia PVC polythene connector including Parryware / Hindware or its equivalent fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required etc., complete

Providing brass health faucet with flexible pipe of make ISI or Jindal including all accessories etc., complete

Supplying, fitting and glazed vitreous china wash basin 550X400mm Size of Parryware / Hindware / Jaquar make with central tap hole including supplying and fixing of C.I brackets painted with one coat of approved red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamel paints, 15mm dia Chromium plated approved deluxe head pillar tap, 32mm dia Chromium plated heavy duty approved waste fittings, chain rubber plug etc, all as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer, including all materials, tools, plant and labour etc., complete

Supply and fix 32mm dia PVC flexible pipe for wash basin/urinals etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality anti-skid floor & Wall tiles (Concept Design) in toilets & Kitchen area of 10mm thick of size 300mmx600mm conforming to IS : 15622, of KAJARIA make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, Ultratech, Nagarjuna) & all materials complete all as directed. (Rate includes chipping of existing Floor & Wall tiles upto required depth and dispose the same to out side the HSL Yard)

Supply and fixing of 25 mm thick PVC doors with frame & shutter for toilets and bathrooms (Sintex or equvilant make) including aluminium aldrop, towerbolt, handles and butt hinges etc., complete all as directed. (Rate includes removing the existing damaged wooden frame with shutter and making good with CM (1:4) plastering)

Supply and Providing 3 peg, brass CP coat hooks of standard quality etc., complete

Providing and fixing CP Towel rail of standard length of approved make Waterteck or its equivalent including all accessories etc., complete

Providing and fixing PTMT soap Dish Holder of approved make of Watertec or its equivalent having length of 138mm, breadth 102mm, height of 75mm with concealed fitting arrangements, weighing not less than 106 gms etc., complete

Supply and Providing Nito Bond SBR of Fosroc make as per manufacturer instructions and suggested mix proportions at required places as directed by Engineer-in-charge
