SPV POWER PLANT

Design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 5 KWp Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant having facility for grid connection through Net metering (Hybrid) and having Remote Monitoring Unit throughout the state of Tripura on turn-key basis including 5 (five) years Warranty /Guarantee

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES

Annual Maintenance (O&M) charges of 5 KWp Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant including distribution network and internal electrification works for 5 (five) years from the date of commissioning.

COMPONENTS FOR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK AND INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply & Erection of 12 ft. long, 4 inch dia ISI marked GI Pole with 250 mm X 250 mm MS Plate of 10 mm thickness using 4 nos. of T-bolts (SS/GI) of 25 mm thickness and 50 cm length with grouting (1;2:4 - Cement:Sand: Stone aggregate) of minimum 1 ft X 1 ft X 2 ft.

Supply & erection of ISI Marked heavy duty 1.1 KV Grade, twin core Multi strand, 6 sq. mm Aluminium Cable, PVC sheath, PVC insulated extruded type, steel wire armoured cable suitable for power transmission for Distribution line & domestic connections as per relevant ISS including fitting fixing of necessary reel insulators etc. for holding PVC insulated conductor & GI wire (8 SWG) to be extended through the GI Poles

Wiring for light / fan/exhaust fan/call bell point with 2 X 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated ISI marked Copper conductor cable (FR) in PVC casing and capping complete with surface modular switch board with cover plate and modular switch including connection etc. as required

SHORT POINT (Upto 3 meters)

MEDIUM POINT (Above 3 meters to 6 meters)

Supply, erection of Pole Mounted Outdoor Type Junction Box (IP 65 enclosure, ISI marked) for servise connections to individual beneficiary

Extension of domestic connection from Pole Junction Box with twin core 2.5 sq. mm. PVC sheathed & insulated conductor cupper cable (FR) (ISI marked) and GI bearing wire & real insulator

Providing & fixing of 3 pin 6/10 amps plug point with modular type 6/10 amps switch (ISI Marked) and Socket (ISI Marked) including connection with 2 X 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated ISI marked Copper conductor cable (FR) on surface modular switch board, earthing the 3rd pin etc. as required.

Supplying and installation of powder coated steel sheet enclosure (MCB DB) suitable for 240/415 volts MCB/Isolator/RCCB (SP/SPN/DP/TP/TPN/FP) complete with necessary bus bar, neutral link, din rail, earth bar etc i/c connection as required.

2 way SPN MCB DB (single door):-

Supplying & drawing 2.5 sq. mm Copper conductor wire along with other wire for loop earthing including connections as required.

Supplying and fixing of outdoor 20-25 watt LED Street Light Fixtures (IP65) (LED luminaries) complete with powder coated die cast housing and heat resistant tempered glass / diffuser, stand / assembly suitable for pole / wall mounting and ON/OFF switch in enclosure suitable for outdoor application (IP65) including necessary connections etc. as required

Supplying & fixing of following ratings ISI Marked MCB B/C curve having breaking capacity of 10 KA in the existing MCB DB including connections as required.

6 to 32 amps DP MCB

Wiring for circuit/sub-main wiring with the following sizes of PVC insulated (ISI Marked) copper conductor cable (FR) in PVC casing capping etc. as required

2 X 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying & fixing of the following luminaries (Surface / Recess) including necessary accessories and connection with 2 X 1.5 sq. mm ISI marked PVC insulated Copper conductor (FR) etc. as required.

1 X 11 watt, 230 volt LED fittings complete with bulb

Supplying and installation of change over switch of following rating with enclosure including necessary connections etc. as required

32 amps DP on load changeover switch (Side handle with enclosure)

Supplying and installation of Bus Bar Chamber of the following rating and size made of sheet steel enclosure with all accessories including necessary connectors etc. as required.

32 amps, 415 volts four strip Copper Busbar Chamber 4 way of size 300 mm X 240 mm X 80 mm

Earthing with 40 mm dia ISI marked GI earth Pipe (Medium gauge), 4.5 meters long complete with mansonary enclosure on top cover plate size 12 inch X 12 inch having locking arrangement including CC works etc. as required.

Extra for using salt (5 kg) and charcoal (46 kg) for pipe earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing / drawing of 4.06 mm dia (8 SWG) G.I. wire on surface or in existing GI/PVC/Polythene pipe for loop earthing as required.

Providing & fixing of 3/6 pin 16/20 amps plug point with modular type 16/20 amps switch (ISI Marked) and Socket (ISI Marked) including connection with 2 X 2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated ISI marked Copper conductor cable (FR) on surface modular switch board, earthing the 3rd pin etc. as required.
