Providing Various Security, Gardener & Housekeeping Services to MEIL factory & Office on contract basis for a period of one years and extendable for 06 months

The Bidder shall be a reputed manpower providing agency having valid registration certificate issued by Department of Labour, GOK for providing manpower services.The certificate of registration issued by GOK is to be uploaded.

Tenderer should have valid license from Government of Karnataka, Home department, Bangalore to run security agency under Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act 2005 & Rule 2008The license obtained from Government of Karnataka, Home department, Bangalore shall be uploaded. The bidder should have applied for license one month before the date of this tender notification. And shall be submitted at the time of evaluation of this tender.

The Bidder Must have ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.A copy Certificate shall be uploaded

Bidder should have existing valid contract Labour licenses under Act 1970(Regulation and Abolition) A copy Certificate shall be uploaded

The Bidder shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing Man power services (Ex-Servicemen/Civil Security guards and Gardner/housekeeping) to any State/Central Govt. factory/ Universities Purchase Order/ Order Completion Certificates in respect of experience of minimum 3 years in providing manpower services issued by any State/Central Govt. factory/ Universities

The Bidder should have obtained orders for having provided the Manpower services of Minimum 250 Manpower of Ex-Servicemen/Civil Security guards and Gardner/housekeeping in an executed contract to any State/Central Govt. factory/Universities in any one of the last 3 years.Purchase Order copies placed by any State/Central Govt. factory/ Universities shall be uploaded.

The Bidder should furnish the performance certificate for having provided manpower services satisfactorily in any one year of the last 3 years as on the date of bid opening and the value of the Manpower Services should not be less than the amount put to tender and the certificate should be issued by any State/Central Govt. Factory/ Universities.The performance certificates issued by the officer not below the rank of DGM or equivalent officer of the concerned State/Central Govt. Factory/ Universities shall be furnished, failing which the offer will be disqualified.

The Bidder shall have PF, ESI, Insurance, GST Certificate, Workmen Compensation Act and Factory Act Registration with the Competent Authority and proof of such Registration certificate shall be enclosed along with the bid. The Validity Labour License issued by labour department and it should be in force, duly indicating the period of validity.The following details shall be uploaded.a)EPF Registration Number with date,b)ESI Registration Number with date.c)Bidders PAN Card Number.d)GST registration Number with date, allotted by tax authorities.

The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the Bidder should be not less than the amount put to tender (However it will be 50 % for Micro and Small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years i.e. (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25), Certified copies of audited financial statements such as P&L statement, Balance sheets for the FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.
