Repairing Of Power House

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35 mm thick flush door shutters conforming to I non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :300x16 mm

Complete overhauling of 187.5 KVA alternator of Jyoti make. The work include dismantling of alternator from turbine, further dismantling of alternator,cleaning of stator,varnishing,heating, bactrol coating, overhauling of main rotor, varnishing , heating, replacement of bearings refitting & testing of Jyoti make 187.5 KVA alternator complete in all respects.

Replacment of Control and relay panel for outgoing feeders complete with synchronizing equipments, annunciating and alarming equipment including all protection and indication lamps etc.including arrangement of skilled Technician & labour, special T&P etc. for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

To seek any clarification regarding above from UREDA, shall be the responsibility of the bidder, all interpretations and final decisions will be the sole right of UREDA 3) In the case of contract availing any refund of tax paid by the employer, it shall be duty of the Contractor to refund the same to the UREDA.
