Is your Bank a Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Public Sector/Private Sector Bank of India

Bank should mandatorily have their own Bank Branch in at least all the 30 District Headquarters of Karnataka

Bank should either have their Bank Branch in all cities as per the Annexure 11 or should be able to provide services as per this RFP by tie ups with other Banks in cities where there are no Branches

The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as on 31st March 2025 should be equal or greater than 12%.

Does the Bank have prior experience in partnering with at least 2 e-Governance projects involving the provision of Integrated Payment Gateway Services

Is your bank willing to sign a Agreement including Service Level Agreement with State project Monitoring Unit (UUCMS) worked out by State project Monitoring Unit (UUCMS)

The Banks Net NPA as on 31st March 2025 should be less than 5.50 percent

Banks PCR (Provisioning Coverage Ratio) as on 31st March 2025 should be above 60%

Net worth of Bank ) as on 31st March 2025 should be more than Rs.20000 Crores

Bank should have reported profits for all the last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)

Readiness of the Bank to provide services as per the RFP Document
