Labour for boring tube well of required dia. by water jet system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding, tools and plants as necessary and taking out them and lowering pipes, strainers, blind pipe etc. and fitting and fixing the same complete including bucket washing and other incidental works in the connection. The tube well should have a minimum 50 mm gap in between the outside of the tubewell pipe and the bore. (d) For depth upto 150 metre for 50 mm dia. tube well with top enlargement of 100 mm dia. (i) 50 mm dia. boring etc.

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). (A) PVC Pipes 100 mm

(D) Reducing Socket (mm X mm) 100 X 50

Supplying high density polythene strainer of approved make with adapter conforming to I.S. specifications. (i) 50 mm dia.

Supplying M.S. male / female adopter of approved make and brand for coupling of M.S. pipe and fibre glass strainers, as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. (i) 100 mm

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. cap at top (i) 100 mm

Supplying,fitting and fixing check valve (horizontal) G.M. tested to 21 kg per sq. cm. (i) 50 mm

Supplying, fitting and fixing heavy type bell mouth reducing socket. (i) 50 mm X 100 mm each

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S socket ring (i) 100 mm

Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required.

Labour for making arrangement for showing verticality test including the cost for hire charges of tools and plants, scafolding, labour etc. all complete.

Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.

Packing the annular space between the outside of the tube well pipes & strainers and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved quality having size from 2 mm to 5 mm or the size approved by the Engineer-incharge including cost of all materials labour and equipment complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) (A) For Exposed Work (a) (i) 32 mm dia. medium quality.

(b) (i) 25 mm dia. light quality.

Supplying, fitting and fixing gunmetal wheel valve of approved brand and make tested to 21 kg per sq. cm. (for water lines only). (i) 32 mm dia

Supply & delivery of clear water vertical water vertical wet type submersible pump suitable for bore well confirming to IS:8034 (and as amended thereafter ) with standard Moc for potable clear cold water and BEE 3 star rated capable to didcharging noted m3/hr against head of water column. The pump shall be directly coupled eith continiuous roted 2 pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor conforming to IS 9283 (and as amended thereafter) suitable for operation in AC single phases 220V, 50HZ (Category B motor) 2HP. Stage 40, Head 170, discharge 1.1 cub meter NRV32.

Supply & delivery of direct on line (DOL) starter panel board confirming to ISI3947 and IEC 947 of suitable HP rating for operation in 230V (+10%) AC, single phase, 50HZ (+5yo) comprising of ammeter, voltmeter, thermal overload relay, 2 pole magnetic contactor, under voltage protection, indicating lamp, capacitors, on/off push buttons including 5 way connector, wiring with l/1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper wire, powder coated verming proof box of following capacities:- 2H.P. (relay Range II-18 Amp.)

Supply, fitting a7 fixing of 4.0 sq. mm 3 core flat copper P.V.C coated submercible motor cable (M-Finolex, Product Code-17203).

Add: SGST 9 % + CGST 9% = 18 %
