Construction of Tube Well (boring, shrouding, developing, lowering and fixing of pipe etc)
Drilling of telescopic vertical bore well in alluvium area as per IS -2800 (Part-I)/1991 upto a depth of 45 M for Tube well assembly (150 mm dia x18 Metre +100 x dia x 27 Metre) and collecting & storing strata sample in suitable container at every 3.0 M including preparation of site, providing and movement of rig up to boring point, water supply, temporary accomodation, consumable like bantonite power, POL and all other materials reqd for the purpose including transportation, labour all complete as directed.
Supplying sinking, lowering and fitting in position of UPVC Casing pipe/ blind Pipe/ Ribbed screen filter pipe conforming to IS 12818/2010 and of approved brand (Jindal/ Prince/ Oriplast) including well cap, socket reducer, MS housing clamp etc up to a depth of 50 metre as reqd and as directed i) 150 mm dia UPVC pipe thickness 6.5 mm to 8.0 mm
ii) 100 mm dia UPVC pipe pipe 5 mm to 6.5 mm
iii) 100 mm dia UPVC Ribbed Screen pipe 5 mm to 6.5 mm
iv) 65 mm sluice valve
Shrouding of the Tube well assembly by packing of river Pea Gravel of size 4mm to 8 mm free from sand, dust and any other foreign materials after staking at site including screening, washing etc as per IS 4097/2008 along with transportation, labour etc. complete as directed and (Packing to done after lowering tube well assembly and also during development as reqd)
Developing the Tube well assembly by air compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/sqcm so as to get sand free discharge including trial pumping and providing following data as directed. 1. Static water level 2. available average discharge 3. Drawdown at different discharge (arrangement of Pump for trial pumping is in the scope of the work)
Supplying, fitting, fixing of 150 mm dia MS clamp of size 15 mm thick and 150 mm width having projection of 300 mm and three holes of 20 mm dia for clamping the plates by 16 mm dia hexagonal bolts of length 75 mm and nuts on both sides encircling the column pipe including two coat of enamel paint over one primary coat of different dia all complete as directed and specified.
Installation and Commissioning of Solar Power Plant
: Cost for Supply, Installation & commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant for energizing the 3HP submersible pump set with solar pump, panel mounting structures etc. SPV Module 3 KW, Solar Pump Controller Unit, cables, including LT panel, earthing and lighting arrestor etc. Work as per the MNRE norms and with following instructions as per direction of the department, i) Supply, installation and commissioning of Solar PV for water pumping system consisting of solar panels framed in anodized aluminium frame mounted on stable hot dipped galvanized ( min 80 micron thickness) mild steel structure of rectangular hollow sections, angles, heavy duty pipes (all materials duly IS marked ) for providing sufficient strength with dual axis manual tracking arrangement which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities upto 150 Km/hr, having RCC foundation designed against all possible loads (Dead, Live and imposed load). Modules supplied with the SPV system should have certificate as per IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards and must be interconnected with cables of required specification routed in PVC conduits properly fitted along the G.I structure to provide a good aesthetic view. Modules must qualify to IEC 61730 part I and part II for safety qualification testing. The power output of individual PV modules used in the PV array, under STC, should be of minimum 250 Watts peak, with adequate provision for measurement tolerances. Solar cells should be crystalline silicon cell with min. efficiency of 15% and fill factor more than 70%, should be laminated between sheet of -Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and high transmissivity 3.2mm tempered glass including appropriate DC to AC inverter and power controlling unit with MPPT technology to run at low sunshine and minimum 6 hours a day run with all necessary accessories suitable for solar + grid operation and including all protections of AC induction motor pump. (SPV panel should be of reputed make of MNRE and carry at least 20 years warrenty & comprehensive maintenance for 1 year and should preferably above HFL ) ii) Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. Below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connectionto equipments incl.drilling holes, withbolts,nuts, washers etc. iii)) Lightning protection (Arrestor)(pole mounted)(: Lightning protection with 3" X 1.5" G.I pipe of 4 mts height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc including supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for horizontal run on the /Roof with GI Saddles 1100 mm apart. iv) Supply, installation and commissioning of BIS marked submersible pump set of 3 HP with 100mm outlet as per specification using necessary requisite, tools and plants by lowering the same within the tubewell housing pipe upto the following depth as per direction by fitting, fixing column pipes and other accessories, fixtures with necessary nuts, bolts and washers and suspending the entire assembly of pump set vertically by fixing the same supported by M.S. clamps over the top of housing pipe, binding the motor cable with each column pipes and drawing cable upto pump controller/starter point including opening out of the top cap of housing pipe of the tubewell and testing of motor both in loading as well as in unloaded condition before and after installation of the same. (Solar Pumpset and cables should be of reputed make and carry 5 years warrenty). Solar submersible pumpset with 3 HP discharge capacity approximately 400 LPM at 10 m head working with 3000 W of solar power array along with cables etc. in complete as per MNRE norms & as per IS. v) Controller should be of the approved make; as per BIS/IS/MNRE specifications and it should be in accordance with the electrical parameters of the 3HP D.C. Motor/Pump. Controllers should be fixed in suitable IP 54 Box with the provision of SPD as per norms of SNA. Controller must have Remote Monitoring Arrangement as per MNRE guidelines. Some of the requirements of the Controller are : Controller capacity is minimum 3000W, operating freq. 50Hz± 10%, MMPT, IP65 enclosure, DC circuit breaker disconnect switch, GSM/GPRS, LCD display etc. vi) Supply, installation and commissioning of control panel mounting structure as per approved drawingcomplete as directed in all respec
