M&L for dismantling end plates of condenser unit shell & tube type of central AC plant carefully refixing the same after descaling by using descaling solution with descaling pump & replacement of rubber /fiber gaskit, rusted nutbolt, etc of both end of condenser all as specified and directed for the condenser of the central type AC plant of following capacity as under.

Central AC Plant Screw type 3x130 TR capacity

Cleaning air filter of AHU of central AC Plant screw type 3 x 130 TR capacity by soft brush & using air pressure gun complete all as specified and directed..

Dismaintling carefuly blower motor from AHU of central AC plants including un screwing of nut/bolts, washer, belt and replacement of defactive bearing set of two (as per sample) etc and complete oiling, greasing, cleaning, servicing and assmebling and refixing at the same position of following capacity all as specified and directed..

10 HP (3x130 TR Screw type AC Plant)

7.5 HP (3x130 TR Screw type AC Plant) but without replacement of bearing set

Opening up the section charging valve of central AC Plant 3 x 130 TR and carefuly charging refrigernt gas as pre requirement at site in the whole system and making leakage proof for smoth functioning.complete all as specified directed.

M&L for repair of chiller water make up tank with insulating matrial complete all as specified and directed.

De-scaling of complete system of chilled water supply of 130 TR Plant and return line of all incl cleaning of strainers , using descaling compound and removing all waste/foreign materials complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of compressor side, taking out of all the parts, dismantling of 04 Nos. existing old bearing of compressor side and 04 Nos bearings of Motor Side, reefitting of new bearings of compressor, refitting of stator in to body shell and termination of lead connections and testing including rewinding of stator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for assembling complete comprassor unit including motor hausing oil bearing 01 set 04 nos and supply and fixing new screws male & female 01 set, ORIFICES presure release valve, loading and unloading valves, assembling rotor into body shell and connecting leads complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of complete comprassor unit in the plant after necessary repair including pressure vacumisation.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete testing of repaired compressor unit including cooling of complete plant to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentaling complete cooling tower from top of building removing unservicable fills, FRP sheets, taking out complete cooling tower including unscrewing nuts/ bolts, washer and cleaning complete area, removing all foreign materials, painting the channels and fixing new PVC fills, FRP sheets (as per sample) making leak proof container of tower completely and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Filling Compressure Oil for Central AC Plant 3 x 130 TR screw type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceble power contactor from SCPM board of central AC Plant screw type 3x130TR and supply and fixing new power contractor and making electrical connection (as per sample) and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as item no 14 here-in-before but Phase Sequence relay as per sample

Taking proper shutdown unscrewing of strip heater fin type, 3 KW, disconnecting electric connection and supply and fixingy new one strip heater and making electric connection and screweing nuts/ bolts properly and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for installation of 3D Acrylic letter board of various sizes consisting of following specification :- (i) Frame work for glow sign board to be made with MS square pipe of size 25x25x2.6mm cut to required size incl welding, drilling holes, bending etc and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete for required size complete. (ii) ACP Sheet of 0.8 mm thickness cut to required size and fixed by screwing, drilling holes, bending etc from all sides of the board except front. (iii) Acrylic sheet milky white colour 3.0mm thickness cut to required size and fixed in front. (iv) Matter for writing, Colour, type and size of font will be approved by GE. (v) Creating 3D Acrylic letters from the design approved by GE, using a laser cutting machine followed by extrading in 3D using a metthod called skirting. (vi) LED modules fitted in the hollow space beneath the 3D letters or logo of signboard with necessary electric fittings and connection from existing pole / DB complete. (vii) MS square pipe for support 100x100x5mm shall be used for support of board and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Note:- (i) Grouting the support pipe in Brickwork/RCC pillars using (1:3:6) PCC shall be considered in quoted rate for this item. (ii) The support MS Square pipe to be fixed in ground/pillar all as per specified and as directed. (iii) Sintex junction box fixed with 1 MCB SP of capacity 06 to 10 Amp for ON/OFF control of glow sign board and cable for making connection from existing pole / DB / Busbar to Junction box deemed to be included in the rates quoted.
