M&L for sunken floor treatment as described as under (i) to (vi) :- (i) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion and cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed. (ii) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using bk aggregate over the treated surface. (iii) M&L 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time. (iv) After laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied. (v) Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water ,including cutting holes and making good if needed. (vi) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed.The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium/copper wiring of any size (for light, fan, socket or power etc complete) ( fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendent holders regulators, tube lights etc to be measured and paid separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, roof etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point / 5 Ampere socket outlet point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core (multi-stranded) copper conductor cable (FRLS) drawn into and including medium grade PVC conduit concealed (not less than 20 mm dia) all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed (including chase cutting in brick/stone masonery wall for fixing conduit and plastering the external surfaces and matching the same with existing suface) and sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fitting like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. S & F call bell ding dong AC, 230V single pole fixed over with and including sunk spressed steel box of size 175mmx100mm with 3mm thick plastic laminated backalite shut cover fixed with brass screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bell push piano flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S& F LED Bulb of 9 watt complete all as specified and directed.
