REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT TO INTERNAL ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES SERVICING/REPAIR OF SUMMER/WINTER APPLIANCES AND CONNECTED MISC WORKS AT INS NETAJI SUBHAS UNDER GE(I)(CGN) KOLKATA

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (including unscrewing from boards/out-let boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc.), removing materials off the site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring including necessary chase cutting of wall for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC conduit and making good the distrubed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A. Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board. B. The Rate of point wiring includes the following :- (i) Copper wire (ii) PVC Conduit with accessoreis (iii) Chase cutting

All as per item No 2 above but for one light point controlled by two 2 -way switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps on same board all complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but for one three pin socket outlet 5 amps on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but for one three pin socket outlet 15 amps on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed sub-main wiring with PVC insulated & unsheathed two run of 2.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH), 1100 Volt grade alongwith one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLSH), 1100 Volt grade, connected to common earth dolly as earth continuity conductor, drawn through 20 mm conduit with all accessories and PVC rectangular boxes for mounting switch socket and fan regulator etc including taking down existing sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) One run of PVC conduit, two runs of cable (Phase + Neutral) and one run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be incluive of chase cutting, laying of conduit and making good the surface as per existing.

M & L for submain wiring with 3 run of single core FRLSH , 6 Sqmm ( Nominal area ) PVC insulated , unsheathed,multistanded copper conductor cable ,1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC non-metalic casing-caping of suitable size , medium grade ( ISI marked ) with all fittings and fixing accessories on roof, wall , ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed . ( Note : three run of 6 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping in wall/ceiling be measured as one length.)

M&L for point wiring with PVC caping casing of 1.5 sqmm size single core multi stranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insualted 1100 V grade FRLSH cable drawn into and including PVC caping casing adequate width and length with accessoris and fittings like bend, elebows, crosses wall crossing etc for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch including shunken type pressed steel box width 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of approved make for housing switches, sockets outlet and regulators etc and with continuous 1 No cable 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insualted, unsheathed as earth wire connected to earth dolly and to be connected boxes of suitable sizes for mounting to fittings etc, and make good surface as earlier complete all as specified and as directed.Note- for modular switch and socket base plate would be measured and paid serately.

All as per item No 9 above but 1.5 sqmm copper conductor for 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet independent (Multiple) controlled by one switch with one No earth continuity copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.Note- Modular switch and socket base plate would be measured and paid serately.
