Providing and applying bituminous prime coat (cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 Grade conforming to IS: 8887) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of mentioned in Table 500-3 of Technical Specification using mechanical means.
