Cleaning of roof terraces of RCC buildings, car sheds, scooter sheds, porticos, balconies etc., at all floors, heights and locations including removing the dried leaves, branches, twigs, dust, deposited sludge, garbage etc., cleaning thoroughly and disposing off the above accumulated materials within a lead of 300 m and for all lifts with cost of labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Roofs and chajjas made of R.C.C., AC/GI/PVC /Particle board sheets (Plain/corrugated). Note: Straight length of corrugated sheet roofs, shall be measured for payment (corrugations will not be measured)

A.C. sheet curved roof including gutters. Note: Plan area dimensions including gutters shall be measured for payment (curved length along the curvature will not be considered). Only length and breadth of the roof plan dimensions shall be measured for payment.

Removing the chokages / blockages from manholes, water closets & drainage lines by rodding or PVC hose pipe with water pressure jet including removing the sludge/dust/roots/any other foreign material settled inside the manhole/drain lines and disposing off the removed material within a lead of 200m and cleaning the manholes and drain lines with fresh water, etc.,complete with cost of materials, labour, ladders, tools & plants, safety equipments, all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Measurement for payment of this item shall be based on Number of manholes only. Drain lines laid between manholes shall be cleaned thoroughly but no separate payment will be made for this. Therefore the quoted rate shall also include the cost of cleaning of drain pipe lines between manholes

Manholes having covers upto 0.25 sqm. in area or open drains with covers (drain each cover shall be measured as on manhole and approx width of drain varies from 300 to 450 mm and depth 450 to 600mm )

Cleaning manually or by means of deploying mechinery and sterilization with bleaching powder solution of the following underground RCC water tanks/overhead tanks of different capacities at all heights and locations at AMD Office Complex, Lab stores and Divyanushakti Apartments including washing the tanks/sumps with fresh water, cost of cleaning agents, bleaching powder, scaffolding, ladder, brooms, brushes materials, tools & plants and labour etc. all complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Felling or Cutting of dead/dried tree having a girth between 120 cm and upto 240 cm ( measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) at locations with all required safety scaffolding including cutting the trunk and branches into small pieces, removing the roots , and transporting and stacking within a lead of 200 m etc., complete with cost of labour, tools & plants etc all as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposing off surplus earth / Incinerator waste / buildings debris/ concrete or stone debris in contractor’s own lorries at MCH approved dumping yard at contractor’s risk and cost including transportation loading and unloading, tools & plants etc., beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved, all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in trenches or drains, foundation in all kinds of soils, other than hard and soft rock not exceeding 1.5m in depth including consolidating the foundation bed, dewatering, shoring etc., and disposing off the surplus earth within a lead of 150m complete with cost of labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of Indian water closet Orissa pattern of size 580 x 440mm of Hindware or equivalent make together with P/S trap at all floors and locations including removing the existing IWC together with P/S trap, disposing off the debris within a lead of 150m and fixing the new IWC and P trap, Jointing with hemp yarn, cement, white cement complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying wall care putty manufactured by M/s Birla or M/s J K cements in two or more coats for areas more than 0.1m2 over a coat of cement primer manufactured by M/s Asian Paints, M/s Berger Paints or equivalent and finishing the surface smooth in level and even on the existing oil Bound/Acrylic washable Distemper painted surfaces of the walls and ceilings at all floors, levels and locations, including removing the damaged / loose portions of the OBD /Acrylic washable distemper together with lappam /POP/putty base by scratching with lappam putty blade, sand papering, thoroughly washing with water, filling the paint removed portions with putty, preparing the surface by sand papering, removing stains, oil marks, cob webs, etc., scraping, filling cracks, and crevices upto 1 mm width with approved crack filling compound, cost of all the materials, tools and plants, labour, scaffolding, cleaning, floors, removing office furniture / Lab equipment and rearranging back the same etc all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with first quality exterior emulsion paint of 100% Acrylic based of APEX of M/s Asian Paints or Weather Coat Smooth of M/s Berger Paints or approved equivalent make and shade with / without a coat of corresponding Exterior emulsion primer of approved shade on the sand face plaster surfaces (new or painted) at all floors heights and locations (upto a maximum height of 30 m) including filling up the small cracks and crevices, with approved filling compound, cleaning ,washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly sand papering, wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of material, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Incharge. Note: A co-efficient of 1.50 shall be applied over the area measured flat on the rough cast surfaces to get equivalent plain area for payment.

Note : 1. This item will be measured based on the actual consumption of cement. 2. One cement bag of 50 Kgs is the unit for measurement. 3. Required number of points will be decided by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing PVC nozzles of 8mm dia in RCC members for grouting by injection method at all levels, floors, heights (upto 25 mtrs) including drilling holes of required dia to a depth of 75 mm (min) using electrical drill machines, cleaning the holes, removing dust, dirt thoroughly , fixing the nozzle with rapid hardening cement, removing and plugging of the nozzles and finishing after grouting work is completed together with the cost of nozzles, machines, tools & plants, labour etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Grouting cost shall be paid against separate item)

Shifting of scrap materials such as MS I beams,channels & other iron sections ,wood ,furniture,dismanteled machineries / equipments etc. material from AMD office complex, Begumpet/ Shyamlal to AMD lab store at ECIL post, NFC compound (distance is 16.0km approx) including gas cutting the MS/iron items or cutting the wood into peices, shifting of materials from different floors/locations to the truck, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking complete with cost of labour, scaffolding,chainpully, tools & plants etc all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charges. Note: Minimum 4 labourers shall be engaged for loading and un loading each truck load apart from shifting of materials to truck.

Repairs to the external and internal damaged RCC members such as Fins, drops, beams columns ceilingetc at all heights using double scaffolding by applying polymer modified cement mortar treatment using approved Styrene Butadine Rubber ( SBR Latex) polymer of M/s Fosroc ,M/s BASF, M/s Cico or approved eqvt.make comprising of the following operations complete with cost of scaffolding, labour, materials, tools & plants etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. a) Chipping of loose spoiled and damaged concrete from drops,facia beams,columns very carefully exposing the cracks, crevices etc dressing with chisel the cut open partition to correct shape and level as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge,disposing off debris at the location shown with in 150 metre lead b) Cleaning the reinforcement bars throughly from all sides by light tapping, wire brushing, rubbing with emery paper and finally with acetone. c)Applying protective coat to reinforcement bars made out of one part SBR with one point five parts of cement by volume(1:1.5) or

or as recommendeded by manufacturer . d) Applying bond coat to old concrete surface made out of SBR with 50mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum cement by volume in the ratio of 1 : 1.5 or as per manufacturers' recommendations. e) Reinstate the area with Polymer modified mortar in layers not more than 20mm thick made with following proportion - Cement 1 kg. - sand 2.5 kg (silica sand 0.75 kg +River sand at 1.75kg confirming to IS:383 Zone-II)- SBR 200 ml and water to suit workability. Bond coat shall be applied after each layer. f) Double scaffolding shall be errectd, where ever necessary for carrying out above operations. Note: Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of making holes in existing RCC slab, if required, for pouring concrete in shuttering mould of jacket and appropriate approved Super-Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable self compacting and SBR polymer, bond coat but shall exclude cost of reinforcement,, Shear Keys, centering and shuttering, strutting, propping etc (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Water proofing the Sunken Slab surface and wall with acrylic Polymer modified cementatious compound of brush bond RFX manufactured by M/s Fosroc / ROFFE or equivalent in two coats including cleaning the surface and finishing the same with protective 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 in neat punning in lines and levels and testing the job with cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : The work is required to be guaranteed for a period of 10 years from the stipulated date of completion of the work. Such guarantee shall be executed on stamped paper of appropriate denomination in the prescribed proforma.

Filling in bath, W/C, urinal portion of sunken slab areas with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement,2 coarse river sand, 4 brick aggregate 20mm to 40mm brickbat coba) using light weight bricks mixed with approved water proofing compound conplast 421 IC of Fosroc or equivalent @ 2% by weight of cement and making the surface finished suitable to receive floor finish complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the brick bat coba and water proofing plaster in sunken slab portion of toilets (about 450 mm deep) at all floors including exposing the original concrete slab/beam surface, removing and disposing off the debris out side etc., all complete with cost of tools and plants, labour and transportation as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Johnson/RAK/NITCO equivalent approved make laid over 20 mm or more thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) bedding / backing and fixing the tiles with cement slurry and pointing the joints with matching colour Tile Grout compound of ROFF/Balendura finished to line, level, slope, and plumb including cutting of tiles, making cut outs / opening wherever necessary, wastage, final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Note: After dismantling the existing dado together with cement mortar base, the surface shall be washed, remove the dust and dirt and plastering to be done to the required thickness in CM 1:4 to make good dismantled surface to plumb and to receive dado tiles. Nothing extra will be paid for additional thickness of plaster to make good the surface to plumb. The cost towards this plastering is deemed to be added in the above rate.

Providing, cutting, laying and fixing of machine cut, mirror polished of 17mm/18mm thick granite stone slabs of approved shades such as Jet Black or any other approved two or more colours and texture for flooring / wall dados fixing in position at all levels, required size and shape as per pattern approved by Engineer-in-charge for kitchen platform/ dado/ horizontal and vertical borders /stair case treads, raisers laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment,epoxy touchups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edges to give high gloss finish etc.complete with cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants scaffolding, wastage and final polishing etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

The cooling pad frame shall be fabricated with 2mm thick GI sheet, side edge folding to 1.5 cm height, 0.8mm Heavy duty plastic mesh should be installed in all cooling pads and painted with zinc chromate primer & 2 coats SE paint of approved shade. The works include materials, transportation, labour, taxes etc.

Fabrication & supply of side wood wool cooling panel of size 139 cm X 52.5cm X5.5cm for existing Desert air Cooler. The cooling pad frame shall be fabricated with 2mm thick GI sheet, side edge folding to 1.5 cm height, 0.8mm Heavy duty plastic mesh should be installed in all cooling pads and painted with zinc chromate primer & 2 coats SE paint of approved shade. The works include materials, transportation, labour, taxes etc.

Fabrication & supply of Desert Air Cooler Body (89cmX70cmx55cm) with suitable size bottom tray, upper tray, upper tray cover, back cooling pad panel & side cooling pad panels without wood wool complete. The above trays & cooling pad frames shall be fabricated out of 2mm thick GI sheet, side edge folding to 1.5 cm height & painted with zinc chromate primer. 0.8mm Heavy duty plastic mesh shall be installed in all cooling pads. The work includes materials, labour, transportation, taxes etc complete.

Dismantling, removal of wood wool, touch up painting, fixing of new wood wool, servicing and re-installation of air coolers installed on Chajjas at varoius floors ( up to a height of 12 meters). The work includes dismantling of room air cooler, dusting & cleaning of all parts of the cooler, scraping and removing of all old painted surfaces and cleaning thoroughly and applying two coats of SE painting on all painting surfaces, replacing of old wood wool with new wood wool of all three panels (17kg wood wool approx/ air cooler)and tying with plastic thread/rope, re-installation of air cooler complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

General Notes: 1.The rates quoted shall hold good for all heights/depths above/below plinth level or average ground level unless otherwise specified. The rates quoted shall be for fulfillment of all the conditions and no conditional rebate shall be put forth by the tenderer which will attract rejection as indicated. 2. The rates quoted shall be valid during contract period of one year and shall be in accordance with the minimum deployment of men, material and machinery including consideration of necessary additional deployment to suit detailed programming and actual conditions at site for completion of work within scheduled period stipulated. 3.Any chases/holes in walls and floors of any materials and Reinstating to original condition wherever required are to be arranged by the contractor during the progress of the works. The chases/holes are to be filled as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at no extra cost Electrical power and water required shall be supplied and recovered from the bills of contractors as per Schedule -B. 4) Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at AMD.

5) Contractor shall quote rates for all items after considering cost of materials and labour components and all such conditions, elevations, leads, lifts, safety precautions, security restrictions that are necessary for satisfactory completion of work as per drawing/instructions and site conditions. Security regulations shall be followed. 6) Police verification of labour engaged shall be produced for issuance of entry passes. 7) Contractor shall read item description in conjunction with drawings thoroughly before quoting rates. 8) The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and taxes GST, Labour cess, IT, etc., as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI are exclusive.
