Providing additional 750KVA DG set in MCH TVPM

OD18415/2023-2024:Supply, Conveyance, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 750KVA DG set as per technical details given below on :- i. Engine a. Make of Engine : As specified in the material list b. Type of Engine : Diesel Engine c. No. of Cylinders : Suitable to develop the required BHP as per manufacturers’ standard d.Method of Cooling: Water Cooling (with radiator) e. Aspiration : Tubro charged after cooled f. Design : Suitable for generator set application g. Output : BHP ratings specified by the respective manufacturers’ capable of delivering the required power for alternator. ii. Standard accessories with Diesel Engine a. Flywheel housing and flywheel to suit single bearing alternator (Close coupled arrangement) b. Air Cleaner c. Coolant Kit d. Fuel Pump e. Electronic governor with solid state potentiometer accepting digital pulse input from PLC(backed with mechanical governor –if supplied as standard with the set by the manufacturer) f. Fuel filter g. Lubricating Oil filter h. exhaust silencer iii. Engine Instrument Panel a. Starting switch with key or button b. Lubricating oil temperature gauge c. Lubricating oil pressure gauge d. Water temperature gauge e. RPM Indicator with hour meter . iv. Safety Controls for Engine a. Trip for low lubricating oil pressure b. Trip for high water temperature c. Providing necessary warning system and other safeties as contemplated in relevant ISS d. Fuel shutt off facility at over speed. iv. Fuel Pipe: Oil resistant flexible hoses & 25mm dia or nearest size MS pipe as per manufacturers’ requirement for fuel line extension with regulator valve. v. Alternator a. Make :As specified in material list . b. Type : Self exited and self regulated c. Capacity : 750KVA at 0.8PF d. System of Voltage : 3phase, 415V e. Speed : 1500rpm f. Voltage regulation band : + or -1.00% of rated voltage g. Insulation : Class F/H h. AVR : AVR shall be provided with a motorized or solid state potentiometer. i. IP rating of enclosure : IP 23 j. Waveform distortion : No load < 1.5%, non- distorting, balanced Linear load <5% k. Total harmonic factor : Better than 2% l: Standard control panel with suitably rated ACB . The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Routine tests as per relevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at the time of delivery. vii. Fuel tank. Integral type fuel tank of adequate capacity . viii. Battery: Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufacturers’ requirement. ix Operation manual, service manual, list of spares etc x. Acoustic Enclosure a. The DG set shall be supplied along with specially designed, company fabricated (to be fabricated in the same company from where the DG set is delivered) acoustic enclosure to meet the requirements as per CPCB norms of 75dBA @1m at 75%load under free field conditions. b. Sufficient space and clearance shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability. c. Air inlet louvers shall be designed in such a way as to operate the set at rated load even at 50 degree Celsius enclosure temperature. d. The enclosure shall be powder coated to capable to withstand extreme environment. e. Hardware used shall be of only stainless steel make. f. Insulation material shall conform to IS 8183 specifications for better attenuation. xi. Documents to be supplied. a. Engine manual. b. Spares parts book c. Warranty certificate d. Alternator manual & test certificate 1 set control wiring drawing xii. Installation It shall be installed in the reconstructed concrete bed complying to relevant IS standards, IE rules and as per the direction of the departmental officials. xiii. A guarantee period of three years including periodical check-up and services as per manufacturers recommendation including consumable items ( Engine oil, oil filter , air filter, fuel filter etc ) and repairs shall be arranged Any spare which requires replacement / repair shall be done immediately at free of cost. The Generator should have capacity to withstand blocked load of at least 55%

OD176731/2023-2024:Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following accessories by making necessary alterations ,additions to the existing board Main LT panel board:panels as per IEC61439 standard ABB ArTuK panel 1.1250A ACB, EOD as incomer with all control accessories- 1No. 2.2000A ACB, EOD as Bus Coupler with all control accessories – 1 No. 3.PLC based control system for automatic operation of DG sets including all mechanical interlocks and connected accessories 4.Multifunction function meters with CTs, protection relays and RYB indication lamps with fuse protection and including supply and providing additional cubicle for bus coupler- busbar chamber and supply and fixing of extension busbar with necessary busbar supports , including all internal partitions and including all dismantling works in the existing LT panel boards. The panels should be company certified ,manufactured and tested as per IEC61439 standard, installed and commissioned at site as per the directions of the department Engineer-in charge, making in good working condition, the sequence of operations as directed

14.7:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

14.12:Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all levels

5.6:Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

5.8:Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

5.14:Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required.4 core 400 sq mm

90.12.9.13:Supplying, laying and jointing of the following sizes of double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made out of HDPE conforming to IS 14930 Part II for mechanical protection to underground power cables with all required accessories in ground in the existing trench200/174 mm or nearest size

9.1.31:Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.3 1/2X 400 sq. mm (82mm)
