SPECIAL REPAIRS (B/R)

Complete removal of old existing treatment of any thickness from RCC roof by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc as laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster, china mosaic and PCC of any thickness over RCC roof surface if any completely by scrapping/scrubbing/brooming down etc and cleaning the surface and removing the debris to a distance not exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick rendering/screed in CM 1:4 on over RCC roof / concrete/ wall surfaces, mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Water proofing compound will not be paid separately).

Providing water proofing treatment over roof, chajjas etc by applying Fosroc Polyurea WPE or equivalent in other approved makes which consists of two main components; Fosroc Polyurea WPE Part A and Fosroc Polyurea WPE Part B. All surface must be clean dry and free from contamination. All blow holes and minor surface imperfections shall be filled with recommended filler prior to application of primer. Prepared surface shall be primed using Fosroc Nitoprime PA-FS on Fosroc primer 195 or equivalent in other approved makes. High pressure spray proportioning machine/spray gun for polyurea components shall be used for applications. Applied thickness of Fosroc polyurea or equivalent in other approved makes shall be 2 to 2.5mm. When lapping new polyurea WPE or equivalent in other approved makes to existing after 12 hours of laying the previous polyurea coating application, a Nitoprime 150 or equivalent in other approved makes wipe is required to be given and allowed to dry prior to fresh polyurea application. 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type Bo, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement shall be laid over water proofing treatment. NOTE : Water proofing treatment work shall be executed by authorized applicator of the manufacturer and as per manufacturer specification and Methodolgy.

Cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor or paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm thick rendering in two layers on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brickwork of walls consisting of first layer of 12mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 and second layer (setting coat or top layer) of 8mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, second layer mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified ( Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separetely).

Complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of wall and applying 2 coats of oil bound distemper emulsion over and including two coats of water proof wall care putty on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
