REPAIRS TO SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM IN DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE REPAIRS TO MANHOLES DRAIN FOOTPATH PIPE LINE AND OTHER MISC REPAIR WORK AT ICGS VERAVAL UNDER GE (I) CG PORBANDAR

Maintenance and cleaning of blockage manually by rodding, pumping, etc for Water Closet (Indian or European) Nahani/ floor traps, Soil/ waste pipe running on external wall of building and in trenches with fitting bends junction etc., Gully traps, manhole of all description and removing the deposited sludge/ solid/ liquid material, outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

De-silting of septic tank any size including cleaning and taking out mud/ sludge, scum, silt (both organic and inorganic nature) from septic tanks by mechanical means of any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the Sludge/ Sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Dewatering of Soakage Well any size including cleaning and taking out sludge water from soakage well by mechanical means of any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the Sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning & clearing of underground sewage line (including manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, underground any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manholes (Sludge/ sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, from upto 150mm dia sewage lines, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement mortar 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming, benching as required, internal dia of pipe 150mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250 Metre but not exceeding 500 Metre and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, fixing of hold fasts and other similar works and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up to 150mm dia drain pipes below ground level (salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including PCC at any depth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing 150mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars, including all levelling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for concrete bed to drain pipe 150mm dia bore including packing under and complete surrounding pipe with cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of stone work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The plinth protection shall be laid in pannels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 mtr all as directed. 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 100mm thick (average) PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, sub floor of flooring, paving, path etc surfaces finished even and fair to receive top layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re-fixing only for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M 35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for broken glass coping on top of walls set in Cement Mortar 1:3 including taking off and removing rubbish, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
