Part-A Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m -301(3.11)

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and 2 Km. leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix (Plant), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers With grader in sub-base/base course on well prepared under base and compacting with vibratory-roller to achieve the desired density. Laying using grader.

Providing and applying primer Coat with SS-1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying of primer @ 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor @ 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH producing an average output of 75 Tonnes per hour using crust aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH producing an average output of 75 Tonnes per hour using crust aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40 to 5.60 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Clause No. 509 complete in all respects (509) including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c.

Supply & Laying of I shaped precast interlocking tiles of thikness 100 mm (Compressive strength not less then 30 mp and weight 6.50 kg) including 30 mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope filling joints with local sand all complete work (As per SOR Agra Circle, PWD Agra Ch. 20 Sl. No. New Item 17)

Bricks (S.O.B.) on edge pavement on patries laid and dry, joints filled with local sand including preparationof base to proper slope & its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm (3/8") depth of local sand over the sub -grade and including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SI. No. 763)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. Ordinary soil (Depth upto 3Mt)

Sand filling in wells complete as per drawing and clause 1207 of MORT&H Specifications (2001) SI-255

Plain/Reinforcement Cement concrete complete as per Drawing and MORTH Techincal Specifications. PCC Grade M-15 Using Batching Plant & manual laying.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications Clauses 1500, 1700 and 2100 R.C.C M 25 using batching plant, transit mixer & manual laying.

Reinforced Cement Concrete-M20 in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in substructure.. Morth specification 1300 & 2200

Providing and laying boulder apron for bed protection with stone boulders of minimum size and weight as per Table 1300.1, no fragment weighing less than 25 kg laid dry complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301.

De-watering by diesel pumping set of 5 HP capacity during the construction of culvert etc S I no. 2
