Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeters )so as to give a fair finish including centering , shuttering ,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling & removal of same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in .

Flat surfaces, such as soffits of the suspended floors roofs , landing and the like floors etc. up to any thickness , all including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beams cantilever girders and lintels side and soffits of beams ,beams haunchings, cantilevers ,bressumers and lintels any depth in all heights from floor including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls under 20cm wide including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended Floors , roofs , landings shelves and their supports , balconies beams ,girders, bressumers and cantilever for all floors levels including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement ISI make for reinforced Cement concrete work including bending ,binding and placing in position and cost of binding wire complete for all floors including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using second Class common burnt clay building bricks, in cement mortar 1:6(one cement :six sand ) in super structure upto all floor levelsincluding carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors ,windows ,clerestory, windows and other frames wrought ,framed and fixed in position of second class deodar wood including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 40X3mm (forty into three millimeters )flat iron hold fast 40cm(forty centimeter) long including fixing to frame with 10mm(ten millimeter) diameter bolts & nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30X10X15cm (thirty into ten into fifteen centimeter)1:3:6(one cement :three sand :six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimeters)thick wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. Wire gauge of I.S. Gauge designation 85 (Eighty five ) G. With wire of dia 0.56mm (zero point five six milometers )for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screw of second class deodar wood including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

25 mm (twenty five milliliter) thick Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (twenty millimeter average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement :4 sand ) laid over and jointed with free cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts of material in all floor levels and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

25 mm (twenty five milliliter) thick Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (twenty millimeter average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement :4 sand ) in skirting laid over and jointed with free cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts of material in all floor levels and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm ( ten mm) thick water proof stain and impact resistent heavy duty (double charge) vetrified tiles nitco or equivalent 600x600x10 mm thick manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring treads of steps and landing over 12 mm (twelve milimeters) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) and jointed with cement slurry including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The contractor will have to got the sample of tiles approved from Engineer -in -charge before use.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead , red oxide/zinc oxide crome including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat )on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint other then white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mix paint brushing wood pink primer after and including preparing he surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt an other foreign matter sand papering and knotting etc complete including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt dust and other foreign matter send papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6 mm (six millimeter)thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement :three sand including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm (fifteen millimeter) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough / fair side of brick /concrete/stone wall for interior plastering for all floors including arises internal rounded angles chafers and / or rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimeters )In girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement :six sand )including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats )with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surfaces even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying one coat of acrylic primer (spectrum or equivalent of superior quality on new concrete /masonry / plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters, sand papering the surface smooth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (apexultima) or its equarlied on udecorated wall surfaces (Two Coats )to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matters etc. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-plast) rain water pipes of workng pressure not less than 4.50kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete 100 MM dia pipes including carriage of material in all leads & lifts, complete in all respect.
