Earthwork in excavation in all kinds classification of soil in foundation of structures upto all depth/ height as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead and lifts dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material and disposal of all surplus excavated earth in specified site and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete plain/ reinforced concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size) in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification cluse 802,803,1202 and 1203 including form work for plain/ reinforced concrete work as per drawing and HP,PWD technical specification including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( Twenty millimetre) nominal size including all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (un-coursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement: six sand : Twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation retaining walls, breast walls etcetra complete as per drawings and MORD technical specfications 800 and 1200 nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : Ten graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size including cost of form work and curing complete without plum as per HPPWD specification complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty)R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (One cement : two fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 900 mm (nine hundred millimetre) dia. R.C.C. pipe including all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 100mm ( One hundred ) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 vertical : 20 horizontal towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 in all leads and lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind retaining walls, breast walls, abutments, wing walls and return walls complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1204.3.8 in all leads and lifts and carriage of materials by all modes of transportation and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
