Design Supply Installation & Testing and commissioning of IP67 Open well submersible motors (1.5 HP, 240-415, EFF2 V) with control panelsss 316 wet rotor motor, IP55 DOL Starter Panels with 25A MCB/ OLR Protection, FR PVC Control wiring and manhole integration.

Design Supply Installation & Testing and commissioning of DMX512 Musical Synchronization System (10 Nodes): Siemens S7-1200 PLC sequencer (Ethernet/IP protocol), 10-channel MIDI audio decoder, underwater sub woofers (120dB SPL), 10-min programmable light-water-music sequences.

Design Supply Installation & Testing and commissioning of IP68 RGB Underwater Tuned Luminaires (30W Each): CREE/Osram LED modules (RGBW, CRI-185, 110° beam angle, 3000 lumens), DMX addressable, 8m submersion rated with anti-biofouling coating.

Design Supply Installation & Testing and commissioning of 30W Solenoid-Controlled Programmable Nozzles (Custom Designed Sets): Brass body with SS316 internals, PWM flow control (0-10 LPM), 200mm vector pop-up stroke, integrated DMX RGB ring lights; 6 choreographed sets.

Engineering Consultancy, Hydraulic CFD Modeling & Commissioning: ANSYS Fluent simulation, #D BIM as-builts (Revit LOD400), factory/site acceptance testing, 12-month comprehensive maintenance contract with operator training.
