Supply of Elevated, Uni-directional, high intensity, suitabel for CAT III all weather operation, FAA Approved or its model variant for ICAO compliant, LED RUNWAY Approach light fitting complete with LED lamps, driver, cable lead with plug,fail open relays, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, hardware and all standard accessories, ready for site installation along with base plates, frangible coupling ( wind velocity withstanding capability of 480 KM/H) as per site requirement etc. complete as required. It shall be suitable for exisitng ALCMS ( Honeywell). Colour : White ( approach centre line and cross bar application)

Integration, testing and commissioning of both CAT-I circuits of both approaches with the existing ALCMS by software moddification, new programming, ASDs mapping, CCRs integration, graphics creation / modification, connections, wiring, fiting, fixing, GPS based surveying, if required, and providing hardwares, if any etc. complete as required for single lamp control and monitoring with report generation and necesary documentation for submission to DGCA as per the requirement.

Supply of 200W , 5 KV, 50 Hz, 6.6/6.6 A, FAA certified or its model variant for earth type, fully encapsulated Isolating transformer for AGL single series ciruit ( earthed type) etc. complete as required.

Supply of 500W , 5 KV, 50 Hz, 6.6/6.6 A, FAA certified or its model variant for earth type, fully encapsulated Isolating transformer for AGL single series ciruit ( earthed type) etc. complete as required.

Supply of FAA certified Secondary connector kit suitable for multi stranded annealed conductor, unshielded secondary airfield lighting cables of size upto 2X6 sq.mm etc. complete as required.

Supply of FAA certified Secondary connector kit suitable for multi stranded annealed conductor, unshielded secondary airfield lighting cables of size upto 2X4 sq.mm etc. complete as required.

Supply of following sizes(s) FAA certified, 5 KV grade dry type plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for shielded airfield cable cable, with cable gland , earth continuity without crimping, suitable for multiple cable size and water tight etc. for ALCM / ILCMS requirement etc. complete as required. a) 6 sq. mm

Supply of FAA certified 2C x 4 sq.mm. 600V grade flexible annealed tinned copper conductor , EPR insulated & CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylen, cross - linked, heavy duty) / PCP (Polychloroprene ) outer sheath ( Black colour) secondary cable for Airport lighting circuits etc. complete as required.

Supply of FAA certified 2C x 6 sq.mm. 600V grade flexible annealed tinned copper conductor , EPR insulated & CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylen, cross - linked, heavy duty) / PCP (Polychloroprene ) outer sheath ( Black colour) secondary cable for Airport lighting circuits etc. complete as required.

Supply of following size (s), FAA certified 5 KV grade, multi stranded tinned copper conductor, XLPE insulated, tinned copped braid shielded ( maximum sheild resitance shall not be more than 5 ohm / KM at ambient temperature of 50 degree Centigrade) anti termite and anti rodent, single core and with inner and outer semi conductor, halogen free, underground cable for airfield lighting etc. complete as required. a) 6 sq mm.

Supply of Fire retardant Yellow/Green 1X4 sq mm Single Core PVC Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) Flexible Cables, of 450/750 V confirming to BS 6004:2000 or upto 1100 Volts confirming to IS 694:1990 in the existing pipe / boxes etc.

Supply & Laying of following size permanently lubricated HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe alongwith its necessary accessories like coupler,end plugs etc. below the ground (i/c Road crossing ,Cement concrete Apron Area) at a depth of aprrox. 1.5 m to 6 mtrs through horizontal directional drilling etc. complete as required after doing Ground Penetrating radar survey and submitting its report of the Underground Utilities as per the Technical Specifications . OD 50 mm.

Supplying and laying of 1 run X 50 mm dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate ammendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing and laying the same in the existing trench complete as required.

Excavation of the trench in hard rock / bitumenous or cement concrete of runways/taxiways/ apron/RESA/ Road etc. not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width, and lift upto 1.5mtr, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 5 KM including all machineries like power saw, hammer drill / pneumatic drill, water browser, mobile DG set, transportation etc. complete as required.

Excavation of the trench in soft soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width, and lift upto 1.5mtr, including back filling as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc including form work etc as as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Design, Fabrication, supply & installation of MS isolating transformer housing box of size 750mm x 350 mm x 450 mm ( H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet ( counter shunk fitting, th top cover will also have round blank plate with M-10 nuts and bolts which will be replaced by fittings base plate wherever required.) including rust proof hanging arrangement for transfomer and ASD, side holes for cable entry as required and earth studs ( inside and outsides) with nuts washers. All inserts should be suitable for M-10 size bolt i/c supply of M 10 SS Bolt including painting of box with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint and installation with civil work / existing trench in soil / gravel along with making suitable slope to level of runway / taxiway all around the housing box as per DGCA requirement and cuttingg, levelling, fixing, painting, lettering, numbering etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioinig of 300 mm dia inset fittings including Core Cutting in the PCC/Bitumen Area, providing base grout ( netromotor S) and quick setting grout ( Dobefil), jigs for fixing shallow can, levelling, alligning, hammer drilling, chiselling, arranging water bowser and mobile DG, positioing, connection, interconections, earthing, installation of fittings ,installation of Isolation Transformers, ASDs, numbering etc. as required as per the OEM installation manual, coordinating with existing ALCMS ( Honeywell) requirement and direction of the EIC.

SITC of adopter Box of size 330 mm Dia X 150 mm Deep made of MS ( body 6 mm and top 10 mm) including Core Cutting in the PCC/Bitumen Area, providing base grout ( netromotor S) and quick setting grout ( Dobefil), arraging jig, hammer drill, core cutting machine, chisel, water bowser and mobile DG etc. and installation of Elevated Fitting on the collars as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 70 mm and width upto 20 mm, using expansion joints / construction joints as far as possible,cleaning, drying, disposing FODs including laying 1 or 2 nos secondary lead along with earth cables by wrapping cotton tape, providing polysulphide, primar, backer rod etc. complete as required along with arranging water bowser, mobile DG sets etc. whatever necessary to work in a operational airport.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 95 mm and width upto 20 mm, using expansion joints / construction joints as far as possible, cleaning, drying, disposing FODs including laying 3 or 4 nos secondary lead along with earth cables by wrapping cotton tape, providing polysulphide, primer, backer rod etc. complete as required along with arranging water bowser, mobile DG sets etc. whatever necessary to work in a operational airport.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured / unarmoured aluminium / copper conductor AFL / power cable of voltage grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 11 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the existing cable duct / masonary trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE pipes etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size along with 4 sq mm earth wire by wrapping itself alongwith the following size cable with black tape in the existing RCC/ HUME/HDPE/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing & laying 6SWG G. I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Making connection of 5 KV grade , 6 Sq mm Copper conductor Screened cable with plug & receptacle i/c providing copper lugs and 4 sq mm tinned copper PVC isulated ISI marked wire for earth continuity and grounding wherever required etc. complete as required.

Making end termination of 2X 4 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor secondary airfield lighting cables with secondary connector kit (plug and receptacle) etc complete as required.

Making end termination of 2X6 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor secondary airfield lighting cables with secondary connector kit (plug and receptacle) etc complete as required.

Making temporary arrangement to keep the Operation alive etc as per directions of the Engineer In charge as per NOTAM and phasing of work for primary runway/ taxiway and secomdary runway by providing all materials other than cables and fittings with lamps, isolating transformers and joints of cables as and when required, including removing temporary arrangement, fittings, fixing, co-ordination with maintenance team etc. complete as required.

Providing of one no vehicle (Bolero/Scorpio/Sumo with AC along with driver, POL for monthly run upto 1800 KM i.e all expense paid for 10 hours a day any time as per site work requirement and one work assistant with 2 years GLF experience, computer knowledge, and one computer & and printer for 6 days a week etc. complete as required.

Carrying out photometry test of all newly installed fittings as per laid down specifications by DGCA CAR / ICAO and submitting the document to DGCA and also doing the same testing during DGCA inspection if required etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of cables, IT boxes, pipes etc and carrying to the store, keeping in safe custody and handing over the same to AAI as per instruction of the EIC.

Removal of inset fittings shallow can from Runway / RESA/ Apron Taxiway by core cutting method without damaging the pavement so that new fittings can be installed in the same place etc. including applying DG sets, core cutting machine, water bowser etc. any other equipments required complete as required.

Dismantling and removal of elevated approach fittings at 19L side of Main runway and carrying the same to AAI store, keeping in safe custody and handing over to AAI in good condition to enable installation of new LED fittngs etc. complete as required.
