Construction of Chute canal at Ch 34.200 km of Tumkur Branch Canal for augmentation of Vani Vilas Sagar dam under Upper Bhadra Project

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

To qualify for the award of this contract the bidder should have in last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). The intending bidder should have in the last five years achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 1676.60 Lakhs (usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract). All document/certificates issued by a Charted Accountant should have a UDIN (unique document Identification Number) generated through the ICAI (The Institute of chartered Accountants of India) Portal. Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid document. Note: Audited balance sheets and Turnover certificate duly certified by Chartered accountant with their unique document identification number (UDIN) generated by ICAI portal should be uploaded. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weight age of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to 2025-26 price levels.

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the Contract Value) as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work such as Construction of Chute Canal/ Canal lining work including Cross Drainage Works with all arrangements Costing not less than Rs. 420.00 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% of estimated value of contract) here value of contract implies final cost of work executed as per contract during last 5 years (2021-22 to 2025-26). An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the present price level (2026-27). The work done certificate should be obtained from a competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division and countersigned by the concerned Superintending Engineer.

Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work (usually 80% of Annual peak rate of construction): 1 Reinforced Concrete M15 and above 7000.00 Cum 2.Reinforced TMT Steel 211.00 Tonnes 3 Earthwork Excavation 25830.00 Cum

The intending bidder should further demonstrate: a) availability by owing at least 50% of the required / specified key and critical requirement for this work and b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/ hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (Commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished On Own Basis 1 Self loader Concrete Mixer-1 No 2 Excavator -1 No 3 Tipper-1 No 4 Water Tanker-1 No On Hire Basis 1 Self loader Concrete Mixer-1 No 2 Excavator -1 No 3 Tipper-1 No 4 Water Tanker-1 No

The tenderer/firm/company shall furnish details of liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of Rs.228.63 Lakhs for the work mentioned above for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines / line of credit / certificate from Scheduled Commercial Bank (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period).

Tenderer who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value of Rs.839.00 Lakhs. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is (AxNx1.5 - B) WhereA is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited B Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 11 months (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note 1 The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. 2 Failure of bidder to comply with the requirement in the Prescribed Performa for qualification information as per section 3, will constitute sufficient ground for rejection of the technical bid

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate To Quality for a package of contracts made up of this and other contracts for which tenders are invited in this IFT, the Tenderer must demonstrate having experience and resources to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts Civil Engineer/graduate with BE (Civil) with Min.5 years experience-1No

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
