Supply and installation of 1.8 m diameter polyethylene Bouy, with Daymark, Topmark and radar reflector, with mooring gears and navigation lights with the following specifications PEB- 1800 of body diameter 1.8 m and wall thickness 14mm, Body material: rotationally moulded in low density UV stabilised virgin polyethylene seamless body, Colour premixed with body material before moulding, colour as per IALA, body filled with closed cell P.U. foam, Daymark: P.E. cylindrical two modules, Mooring eyes two steel Lifting eyes four steel , Mooring Eyes and Lifting Eyes joined internally, service ladder, Aluminium green or yellow . Bouy height with D/M 3015, focal height 3080 mm, draft 685mm, free board 830 mm, Reserve buoyancy 2100 kg , submergence ( bylifting chain weight) 10mm per 26 kg with lifted chain weight, max. supported chain weight 750 kg , recommended chain dia (Open link) 26mm dia 4 set mooring gear for the Bouys, each set comprised of the following : 1no. 20M x 26mm dia. open link pendent chain with end links, 1 No 26mm dia swivel piece with end links, 3 nos 26mm dia grade forelock end shackles, 1 no 2000kg RCC Sinker with 50mm dia.steel mooring hook. Chains shall be as per IS 4692 and should carry proof load test certificate from a recognised test house. 1 No Navigation light for buoy (self contained LED beacon) with following specification, Luminous range 3 n. Miles Light colour as per IALA system Light Source: High Intensity Light Emitting Diodes with upto 100,000 hrs burning life.
