Tenders are invited for Providing the Manpower services to Mangalore University

The prospective Bidder/ agency/Firm should have successfully carried out Manpower supply services in any Govt/private organization/establishment in Karnataka for not less than 500 persons/ users on a normal working year in a single unit for a continuous period of two years during the last Five years.

Bidder should have similar work experience is Similar work with Universities or Government Institutions not less than 500 personals. Scanned copies of the completion certificate of above 5 Crore value to be enclosed.

Bidder should preferably have necessary statutory permission pertaining to labour Laws. If incorporated elsewhere, should have necessary permission/license to operate in Karnataka. The firm may be single proprietor / partnership / Registered Company

The annual turnover of the Bidder should not be less than Rs.15.00 crores p.a. in any 3 years of the preceding 5 years F. Y-2021-22, 2022-2023, 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 during these years organization should Have profit balance sheet. The audited balance-sheet and turnover certificate certified by a Chartered Accountant shall be enclosed

Self-Declaration by the concerned person/authority stating the firm is not black listed with any State /central Government organizations in Rs.100/- Non judicial e-stamp paper.

The Bidder firm should have been in existence for at least 6 years.

All Tenders should include the Technical and Financial requirement information as per Appendix-A Appendix I.

PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA 8- ALL THE SOCUMENTS ARE COMPULSORILY ATTACHED

The Bidders i.e. Immediate Employers are responsible for employee insurance including medical coverage and EPF, ESI issues. Mangalore University has no liability in this connection. Bidder should have Minimum 500 number of persons in their role for which document of P.F/ESIC of last 6 months is to be submitted

Application should be accompanied by copies of Income Tax and GST Returns for the last 5 years i.e., 2021-22, to 2025-26. Copy of the PAN card should also be attached.

Application should be accompanied by copies of the latest returns/challans of EPF, ESI, and PT.

MSME Registration

Bidder should Attach Copy of PF, ESI, GST, PAN, PT Registration

Bidder should have ISO Certificate. ISO 9001:2015/ ISO 9001:2015 Plus SA 8000/ ISO 9001:2008 Plus SA 8000

No dues certificate from GST

No dues certificate from Income Tax

No dues certificate from ESIC and EPFO
