Excavation in soil in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on the drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1 & 1603.2 sorting out useful/ unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means ( if required). Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leads and lift of materials or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation in earth work for structures in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of soil ordinary and hard rock work with chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil. If water is met in the spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion. pumping and bailing out and the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his wen cost, including dressing of slopes and beds setting out confirming to required lines, grades, side slopes as shown in the drawing and direction of engineer-in-charge and transportation soil to road way and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head laod animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305.1.1 All useful materials, such as stones shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials which shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect. Construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material.
Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated nominal mix 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand: twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated nominal mix 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated P.C.C. M-20 (twenty) grade for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1206 Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction of random rubble dry stone masonry for Retaining/Wall and Breast Wall for sub structure and super structure complete as per technical speeifications clause 1604.3 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specifications 1206.3 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Compacting original ground supporting subgrade loosening of the ground below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per technical specification clause 303.5.2 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of sizes 53-22.4mm (fifty three to twenty two point four millimetres) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty by hundred Kilo Newton) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III by mechanical means as per technical specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @1 Kg per sqm on compacted stone base. Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machery etc .complete as per MORD specifications & direction of Engineer –in- Charge.
Providing and laying bituminous macadam VG-10 with 60-80 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonnes (fifty tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.30 ( three point thirty) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD specification clause No. 504 with silane nanotechnoogy (ZYCO therm) complete in all respects including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Tack Coat :- (With Silane Nano technology) Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen CRSI and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in ratio of 1kg organo silane:100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CRSI: 200 liter water .Mixing & Spraying: Take 1.4 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 litre water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @0.3-0.4 kg per sqm on compacted stone base. Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machery etc .complete as per MORD specifications & direction of Engineer –in- Charge.

The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of parapets with plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand :eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of excavation. Form work with steel plates and as per drawing and technical specification section 800 and 1200 including haulling/carriage of all labour and equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Grassing with large grasses (large rhizomatous type, like samll bamboos) Planting rooted rhizomes of large stature grasses on slopes, including supplying clumps of appropriate grasses, spliting into separate viable rhizome sections, trimming roots, preparing lines, digging planting hole to a max of 5 cm (Five centimetre) depth with metal rod or wooden peg depending on nature of soil planting rhizomes at the spacing specified, and subsequent watering (if necessary) on enbankment slopes in plain areas and fill slopes <15° (Fifteen degree), plants at 10 cm (Ten centimetre) spacings within the row; the first row is 0.75 m (Zero point seven five metre) from the edge of the pavement and subsequent rows are spaced at 1 m (One metre) intervals down the embankment including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of citizen information board as per specification and drawing 3 M. S three M.S plate 1.6 mm (one point six milimetre) thick duly welded with M.S angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm (twenty five into twenty five into five milimetre) on edges, supported with 2 no vertical post and 2nos horizontal post mase of 75mm x 75mm (seventy five milimetre into seventy five milimetre)of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes duly embedded in and including cement concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) grade blocks of 600mm x600mm x 750 mm (six hundred into six hundred into seven hundred fifty milimetre) 600mm (six hundred milimetre) below ground level. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six milimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx 5mm (twenty five milimetre into five millimetres) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm (twenty five milimete into twenty five millimetre in to five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. (two Nos.) 75mm x75mm (seventy five milimetre in to seventy five millimetre) of 12 SWG (twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-25 (M- twenty five) grade blocks of 450m x450mm 600mm (four hundred fifty millimetre into four hundred fifty milimetreinto six hundred milimetre) 600mm (six hundred milimetre) below ground level.
