The carpet shall be fixed with suitable tape/nails etc. over existing surface as per site requirement and shall be covered with appropriate cover made of eco-friendly material to be removed before start of program as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Minimum height above ground-1200mm)

Entrance Setup with Security Gates as per security protocol of NSG/ other security agencies: Toughened glass/PVC framed automatic/manual entry & exit gates, robing room and photopgraphic arena as per drawing

Toilets Setup: Providing and placing portable air conditioned toilets vanity van on hiring basis at different locations. The toilet vanity van shall be divided in to two parts namely Gent's Toilet and Women's Toilet. The gent's toilet shall be fitted with 01 Europian W.C.,4 urinal and 2 wash basins, similarly the ladies’ toilet shall be provided with 3 Europian W.C and 2 wash basins. Each W.C. shall be fitted with health faucet and flushing system. Effluent tank and fresh water tank having minimum capacity not less than 500 ltr and 200ltr respectively should have been provided in the toilet vanity van. The toilet vanity van shall be provided with toilet paper holder with paper roll in each WC, liquid hand wash of approved manufacturer, Dustbin in both ladies and gents toilet and tissue paper and hand dryer near wash basin. Foot mat to be placed on floor which shall be cleaned/washed regularly. One attendant with proper uniform for each toilet (Female attendant at ladies toilet and Male attendant at gent's toilet) should be deployed for cleaning & upkeepment during the function including placing in position, filling fresh water tank & emptying the effluent tank i/c spraying disnfectant/freshener in the toilet to prevent the odour whenever required. All W.C. must be fitted with exhaust fan including exhaust fan for each urinal area shall have been provided. The contractor himself arrange for emptying of effluent tank on his own cost. The toilet vanity van shall be available for use during the timing of Amrit udyan with water and other necessary facilities. Nothing extra shall be provided on account of transportation, effluent tank cleaning, water supply, fuel charges etc. If any attendant at toilet van is absent, a recovery of Rs. 1500/- daily for each attendant will be recovered from the bill of the contractor. Also if the contractor is failed to provide a clean and hygenic toilet at any time during its deployment of toilet vanity, a recovery of Rs. 5000/- each day will be made from the bill of the contractor etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
