Encasing rolled steel sections, in beams and columns with reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone - III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm/20 mm nominal size) upto 16 meter from GL as per the direction of Engineer in charge, excluding cost of all scaffolding's, centering and shuttering, finishing, complete (reinforcement TMT bars and cement shall be issued by the company free of cost)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete .Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (TMT steel bars shall be supplied by company)

Chemical plastering from 0-10 m heightProviding, mixing and applying chemical plastering by SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) for a height of 0 to 10m level as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument

Chemical plastering from 10-13 m heightProviding, mixing and applying chemical plastering by SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) for a height of 10 to 13 m level as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument

Chemical plastering from 13-16 m heightProviding, mixing and applying chemical plastering by SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) for a height of 13 to 16m level as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On concrete work

Painting with black anti- corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

1Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .

Labour charges for unskilled worker for chipping, cleaning, earth work excavation, dismantling brick/carpentary work,uprooting overgrowth from the building and unforeseen work if any.<br>
