Fabrication ,Providing and fitting of aluminium bus bars arrangement for 3-Nos outgoing feeders of L.T panel ,the bus bar shall be of size 80mmx10mm connecting all the 3-phases of Panel/ ougoing feeders (3nos) to respective Stabilzers and starters inside the pump house ,all the three circuits of the bus bars shall have to be carried along the wall of the pump house with the help of angle iron brakets of suitable size as below. All bus ba1s shall be provided with insulated fingers and insulating sleeves at all exposed ends, joints, openings, and holding locations to ensure complete electrical safety and compliance with applicable standards. The ends of the bus bars shall be drilled to accurate holes as per the requirement. The bus bars shall have to be fitted as per the site requirement including fabrication of teminals and shall be provided with busbar sleeves in (Red,Yellow and Blue colours) for their proper insulations as well as bending of the bus bars as per the site requirement by using gas torch which further includes providing and fitting of all sorts of the screws, nuts etc. The job also includes providing and fitting of baklite sheets/strips at the place of resting on brackets.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of brackets for holding and supporting bus bars fabricted out of ISA 35x35x5 of size (2 x 2 feet x 2.5 ft diagonal/cross) fitted with all mountings/accessories as mentioned . The brackets shall be fitted on the wall properly/firmly. The job includes applying a primer coat

Providing, Fitting, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Priming Sewage Submersible pump of 1 HP capacity Kirloskar/Crompton/KSB/Mather plate make for priming purpose of Pumping units with following specifications : a.Type ------ Sewage submersible b.Head ------ suitable for 6 Mtrs. c. Phase /Voltage ------ 1 phase , 220 +/-10% V d. Power/RPM ------ 1 HP/2900 The priming pump shall be suitable for operation under submerged conditions and shall be suitable for wide water level fluctuations taking place in suction side. The job shall include providing of PVC Flexible Pipe (10 M) of required size including fitting like ball valve, Nipples, clamps, Elbows/Bends as required for priming of the pumping units and complete installation as required. The job also includes suitable capacity compact starter and P/F of 6mm Sq. Submersible cable=10 metres

Required Diameter 50mm Pressure Rating PN2.5 Floats made of stainless steel. Providing of nuts/bolts. Fitting/installation of new air release valve with required fittings (gasket, nuts/bolts.) to rising main. The job included all necessary adjustments including cutting for proper alignment of valve.

Providing, fitting and testing of 160 AH tubular lead acid battery of reputed make along with 1100W inverter/UPS device (reputed make) for charging and supply. The job includes all fitting, wiring for complete circuiting, connecting and installation of above inverter battery and providing four number lightening points with control switches and two number charging point including wiring, pvc conduit/chanel etc. The Job also includes providing and fitting of 4 no 10W LEDS.

Manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 600 KVA capacity Copper wound Voltage Stabilizer, Oil cooled, manually operated suitable on working on 3 Phase AC supply for LIS Khudpora Stage 1st. The core of the stabilizer shall be contained in a box type container fabricated out of 3 mm M.S. plate. The container is painted with two coats of steel primer inside and outside followed with one coat of super enamel paint of Grey shade (spray painted) from outside. The box to be provided with suitable cooling pipes and the stabilizer shall be provided with the wheels for easy shifting of the stabilizer as and when required. Copper strips of the suitable size shall be used for winding and fiberglass insulating material is used for insulating the copper strips. The core of the stabilizer is fabricated out of 1stclass silicon 92 grade pota sheets. The stabilizer shall have suitable insulated legs of appropriate size of cable connections. The oil level indicator to be provided on stabilizer body. Voltage range Input =240-500 volts Output =400-440 volts Tape Charger = Manually operated balance type tap changer of 6 tapings with the Position indicator. Tape No. 1 = Step down by not more than 50 volts. Tape No. 2 = line voltage. Tape No. 3 to 6 = The taps shall be used to increase voltage in the range of 240-400 to 400-440 volts. The stabilizer is to be provided with a free standing type Control panel made out of Steel Metal dust, vermin proof and internally wired having accessories. 1. 02 No. voltmeters 96 mm Sq. Dial flush pattern type 0-500—Volts each on Incoming and Outgoing circuit. 2. The voltmeters with fuse and selector switch for 3 Phase. A Set of indicating lamps for 3 phases complete with fusing both in primary & secondary side. 3. Red & Green indicating lamps for Off/ON display. The stabilizer shall be filled with required quantity of transformer Oil of reputed make up to the required level. All accessories and Meters is of reputed make and confirm to relevant ISI standard.
