Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant capacity of 30 KLD - 01 Number & 10 KLD - 02 Numbers by deploying trained technicians & operators for one shifts (Run timing : 04.30 AM to 08.30 AM, 12.00 PM to 2.00 PM & 05.00 PM to 07.00 PM during the course period & 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM during the non course period) for a period of one year at Himalayan Moutaineering Institute, Darjeeling-734101 (West Bengal). The cosumables materials i.e. NaCl, Alum and Chlorine shall be provided by the Institute. The scope of work includes from inlet stage of sewage to treated water up to the outlet pump operations required for smooth operation and standard to achieve all parameters of treated water as per PCB/CPCB standards and to be fit for used for gardening, toilet flushing. All inclusive maintenance contract for STP along with all installations to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operation and maintenance of plants and machineries/equipments (List of Installations, equipments and machineries etc mentioned in tender doucments). The monthly maintenance and cleaning of the equipment of the plants shall be carried out at last day of each month. Recording for run of plant and monthly mainteance of equipments shall be recorded in Log book and put up to Campus Superintendant. The Contractor has to do all minor or major repairs including replacement of parts all the consumables etc for which no additional charges will be paid. The scope of works and technical specifications are as detailed in the tender documents.
