M&L for survey of site and design , supply , installation and commissioning of ON Grid Roof top Solar plant of capacity 110 KWp (AC) including civil/ electrical infrastructure size as designer recommendation with housing inverter, electrical/ electronic equipment associated with solar plant as per latest IS duly vetted from Govt. approved vetting authority, Supply , installation testing and commissioning of Solar ON Grid roof top solar plant as per approved design in the roof top of Auditorium Bldg and Unit armory building at HQ SAC area, Trivandrum, comprising of following as per latest IS specifications as follows:-

i) Solar Panels ( PV Modules) 575 Wp Topcon Halfcut Monoperc Bifacial Solar Panel- MNRE certified - 192 Nos ii) Solar ON Grid inverters 20 KW , 3 Phase - 06 Nos iii) Mounting structures for SPV Panels including PCC Works iv) Array junction box IP 66 & 66 DCDB with inbuilt Fuse / MCBs and SPDS - 6 Nos v) AC Combiner boxes (ACDB) along with MCBS , SPD devices etc - 6 Nos vi) Electrical Material , ISO certified UV Protected DC Cables and accessories of suitable sizes as per standard along with suitable UPVC conduits for laying of DC cables vii) A C Cables of suitable sizes including UPVC conduits for connections from Inverter to AC combiner boxes viii) Copper bonded chemical earthing of required quantity along with suitable sizes of earth continuity strips and Earth chamber with test points for Solar mounting structures, DCDBs, AC DBs, Inverters, etc ix) Lightning arresters of required quantity along with copper lightning conductors and copper earth continuity conductors laying on roof top with epoxy type insulated supports incl test points terminals x) Out door type LT Panel board of suitable size incl suitable sizes bus bars along with switch gears such as Incoming / out going MCCBs of suitable capacities incl Metering equipments and CTS and connections to existing Solar metering Panels

GENERAL NOTES :- Detailed Site plan, layout and schematic diagram should be submitted by contractor for approval of accepting officer along with OEM recommendation. All misc items /works which are not covered under schedule but are required for satisfactory completion job is deemed to be included in the unit rate. The items of work mentioned in item 1.0 & 1.1 hereinabove shall be executed as per following:- (a) The above item shall be quoted and executed on ground based on Contractor’s own design on Performance Guarantee Basis. The Performance Guarantee is related to achieving the 110 KWp generation with specified efficiency and efficacies. The Contractor shall also be responsible for desired operational efficiency and desired efficacies of the System during its life cycle of minimum fifteen years duly considering the ground situation. (b) The design shall be got vetted from any one of the following agencies(Approved Agencies):- (i) National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) (ii) Sardar Swarn Singh National Institute of Renewable Energy Development Agency (iii) Any other Govt Approved solar plant design agency.

(c) The successful Contractor shall submit the following document duly vetted by any one of the approved agency, within Four weeks of placement of work order for approval of Accepting Officer. (i) Design Calculations : The tenderer should work out design based on the conditions prevalent at HQ SAC Trivandrum ground situation and site conditions as existing. The complete design calculations using PVSYS & PVSOL Software or any other software shall be submitted. (ii) Plan depicting layout of all equipment's of the PV syatem.This shall be self contained and self explanatory representation of layout of equipment's and sub-system. The dimensioned drawing of the site of work clearly marked with all subsystems components etc shall be submitted. (iii) Schematic Diagram of the electrical system: This shall contain specifications, sizes, current, voltage and fault levels rating of all cables, switch gears and instrumentation & control systems and all metering and interlocking and transformer specification / HT switch gear with capacity , LT control panel, LT/ HT cable size & Specification etc. (iv) All the documents/ technical details mentioned above duly vetted as specified above shall be approved by Accepting officer before placing final order. The GE may approve the document with concurrence of Accepting Officer as submitted by contractor or may suggest modification/ alteration in documents/ technical specifications duly supported with reasons for the same. The work shall be executed based on the approval. (v) The design drawings and other technical details submitted by the successful contractor, along with all calculations, drawings, technical write ups etc shall become department property. Department may use these subsequently as deemed necessary. The contractor shall have no claim on these document and their subsequent use by the department.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip or wire armored , electric power cables heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 V grade of 3.5 core 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 V grade of 3.5 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exe 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying of underground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' old size bricks laid flat, dry with width of brick laid across the axis of the cable complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in two parts ie using riddle soil obtained from excavated soil up to 30 cm (8 cm below cable) and refilling the remaining depth of trench over the bricks using excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for sand cushioning incl spreading ,leveling and well ramming in layers over laying of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 16 to 40mm dia by providing and fixing Tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Unplasticised PVC pipes (ASTM) of 25mm bore, pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of dia 25 mm complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed dia 25 mm all as specified

Supply, hoisting and fixed in position rotational moulded polythelene water storage tank three layer cylindrical vertical with closed top of capacity 1000ltr complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed mdown, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of size 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC block masonry staging of size 1mtr x 1mtrx 1.5 Mtr height on roof of bldg to accommodate 1000Ltr PVC water storage tank including painting of all surfaces with two coat of emulsion paint over one coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed
