Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer- in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and Plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1 sand: 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation and footing

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm.so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden batens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to celing not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thick.) partitions & the like i/c attached pillasters,buttresses,plinth & string courses & the like.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete

Steel work weldeded in built up sections i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint. (In beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main & cross beam hip & jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters & the like).

Providing and Fixing of standard gauge rail with fittings and Accessories as per specifications /ISI marked complete in all respect with carriage in all leads & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and Fixing of Trolley wheel 300mm Dia with fittings and Accessories as per specifications complete in all respect with carriage in all leads & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 micron over 5 micron primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 micron over 5 micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm diameter s with prepainted limpet rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Fixing of Steel Wire Rope with fittings and Accessories as per specifications complete in all respect with carriage in all leads & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing of Winch Machine with fittings and Accessories as per specifications complete in all respect with carriage in all leads & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Lifting hook of capacity not less than 20MT as per specifications complete in all respect with carriage in all leads & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Laying, jointing and commissioning of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene pipes) of following diameter and class confirming to IS 4984-1995 with fusion welding process including all necessary fittings & bends in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in-charge. (HDPE Pipe, PE- 100, PN- 16, OD- 225)

C/O winch room complete with electric accessires etc. complete in all respect as per directiion of Engineer in charge.

Provisioin for survey work hydraulic and structural design including survey work vetted from reputed academi instituetion as per direction of Engineer in charge and as per terms and condition of DNIT.
