M & L for perodic inspection/ servicing of 02Ton capacity flame proof EOT crane of any make installed at different building/location at site, making the cranes in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed with and including opeartions for maintenance specified as under:- (A) LONG TRAVERSE MOTION/CROSS TRAVERSE MOTION/HOIST MOTION- (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectifiaction of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all LT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including repalcing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any. (B) ELECTRICALS (a) Checking and tightening all electric connection (b) Checking the contactors/ relays etc for overheating or flashinng. (c)Clening off all connection and control cables. (d) Properly bunching the loose control cable. (e) Checking functioning of cable carriers. (f) Checking the connection and serviceability of VVVF drives for smooth working. ( C ) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL Opening the push button control unit, checking all connection, replacing flashed/over heated connections, general cleaning and checking all the functions of the LT/CT/Hoist motion push buttons and lights/VVVF switch including reassembling the unit complete LOAD TESTING:- Load testing complete for LT/CT/Hoist motion of the 2 ton EOT cranes ( installed at eleven different location with in TA complex) for 125% capacity using any type of dead weight complete and as directed. Note: 1. Necessary weights shall be arranged by the MES department. 2. Shifting of load at site and shifting to different buidings/ locations with in the complex using truck/mobile crane etc of suitable capacity shall be arranged by the contractor. 3. tools, tackles ,chains and sling etc of suitable capacity required for load testing shall be arranged by the contractor. 4. Unit rate quoted shall be made. adjustment of brakes, motors, gear boxes, electrical system, load hook, steel wire ropes, limit switches and all related item complete all specified and directed.

M & L for Serviceing and repairing of Oil Cooled Servo Voltage Stabilizer , by disconnecting of all incomming and out going cable , opening of top cover carefully, cleaning of motor , service connection ,gear pininon, lifting of core from the tank by opening cover, cleaning of tank, removing the sediment, cleaning of coils / electrical connections, filtration of transformer oil,fixing the core back in the tank, making electrical connection by replacing the consumable spares such as gaskets, rubber oil seals complete etc but other spares as listed here-in-after shall be replaced and cost of spare parts as supply only shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item after that testing of servo voltage stabilizer in presence of Engr-in-charge , complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge capacity servo voltage stabilizer 75 KVA thre phase
