Demolition of stone rubble masonry built in Cement mortar manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of steel work in single section as in channel, angle, tee, flat iron, including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair mild steel galvanised wire, conforming to IS 280:1978 having tensile strength minimum 540 N/mm2, 2 strand, steel barbed wire fixed in angle iron post complete (wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs) at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Demolition of RCC work by mechanical means including cutting reinforcement bar as required and directed to facilitate demolition and stocking at designated location and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometer, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation of any type soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and deposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, complete all as specified and directed.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 25 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, including lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) derived from natural sources complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, as in foundation footing, plinth beam, band, retaining wall etc using cement content as per approved design mix including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improved workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundation retaining wall, abutments, parapet wall and similar work including attached pillars, buttressed, etc, footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, for flat, fair finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm cement plaster of mx 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Fine sand) on fair faces of brick/concrete work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing (two or more coats applied @3.28 ltr/10sqm ) walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing painting two or more coats on new work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade of required shade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of concertina coil (50 rounds/6 RM) of dia 610 mm fixed to angle iron double swan necks with clips and staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) rain water pipe pressure rating 6 kg per square centimeter fixed in retaining wall, complete all as specified and directed.
