Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : (a) On W.M.M. @ 0.75 Kg/ sqm

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : (b)On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg I sqm

4 cm thick bitumastic sheet with hot bitumen of approved quality, using stone chippings (60% with 12.5 mm nominal size and 40% with 10 mm nominal size) @ 2.60 cum per 100 sqm and coarse sand @ 2.60 cum per 100 sqm of road surface and with bitumen @ 56 kg/cum of stone chippings and @ 128 kg/cum of sand over a tack coat withhot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne etc. complete. (tack coat to be paid separately) : (a) With paving asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete. New work (Two or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

SITC of high quality themoplastic polycorbonates cable junction box of size 255mm x 205mm x 112mm (Make: HENSEL, Model: KF-2525-G) shock proof, water proof, safe IP66, weather proof, dust proof, internally embedded gasket i/c providing & fixing terminals for receiving 2 nos. 4 x 25 sqmm cable and 1 no. 6 Amp bakelite kit-kat with 2 amp HRC fuse i/c MS clamping on pole, electrical connection etc. with complete accessories as required.

Supply of following size XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 (part-I) with uptodate amendments complete as required. (i) 4 Core x 25 sqmm

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sqmm as following: Direct in ground i/c excavation in mixed soil (soft /hard), sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sqmm as following: In existing METAL pipe as required.

Supply of surface and wall mounted 45 Watt linear LED street light fixture with polycarbonate housing and integrated electronic driver.

Supply of 40 mm dia 'B' class G.I. pipe for cable entry as per drawing i/c providing and fixing of suitable clamps, nut and bolts for fixing of pipes i/c painting of pipes and clamps with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of stove enamelled paint of approved shade ets. complete as required.

Fixing of 40 mm dia X 8 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV/ HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.
