Archaeological Sites of Vadnagar Map:
The work comprises the complete design, supply, construction and installation of an outdoor floor map installation depicting the
archaeological and heritage sites of Vadnagar city in Gujarat, to be executed at an approved public location, including site clearing,
excavation, leveling and preparation, construction of a compacted granular sub-base and a reinforced concrete base slab of appropriate
grade and thickness, and provision of an outdoor-grade, anti-skid and weather-resistant floor finish such as terrazzo/ polished granite/ Agra
Mandana Stone/ pigmented concrete or equivalent durable material; the floor map shall accurately represent the city layout and clearly
identify major archaeological features including the fortified town remains, Kirti Toran, Gauri Kund, Sharmishtha Lake, Paschim Mehtani
Vav, Zunzunia Well, Buddhist monastery remains, excavation areas such as Amba Ghat and other significant heritage sites, using precision
engraving, etching or inlay work with legible text, symbols, legends, directional arrows and scale, with all color infill being UV-stable and
141 suitable for long-term outdoor exposure; embedded markers or plaques of bronze, stainless steel or anodized aluminum shall be securely job 1 3500000

Providing and fixing imported tensile fabric of make Ferrari or equivalent, with the best grade for outdoor purposes, over steel frames with
all fittings and fixtures such as centenary cables PVC/SS membrane plates, swedge, fork etc. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. Rate

Specification: -Tie Cables Galvanized Steel Core Make :- Usha Martin / Bharat Wire Rope, Material of End terminals and Nut bolts SS
End plates Mild Steel with Hot dip galvanized along with powder coating , Fabric Fixing Nuts and bolts HDG with 80 microns. Color of the
fabric, steel members and fixings to be as per Design Consultant, with custom artwork spread upto full size of the fabric.
Concept Design, Detail Design, and Execution of Online Digital Platform for Hosting of QR Codes for Outdoor Sculptures, with wire framing,
user interface design, and development of a responsive platform that is compatible across mobile and laptop devices. The platform is to be
designed and developed in synchronisation with the design language of the overall branding, with dedicated pages for Outdoor Sculptures
at the Site. The platform is to be updated from time to time with updates. This web portal will also have an admin interface for back-end
monitoring and handling of the platform. The platform shall act as a single window for users to access all information and services offered
by Sharmishtha Island. All the content for the platform, such as pictures, videos, text, graphics, banners, etc., will be procured by the
Contractor and will be approved by the Design Consultant. General Requirements: 1. The platform should be scalable. 2. The platform
should be responsive and web optimised. i.e., should have good YSlow or PageRank ratings. 3. The platform should adhere to "GoI-
Framework & Guidelines for platform design and use of Social Media for Government Organizations", issued by the Department of
Electronics & Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MoCIT, GoI) 4. The platform should be
easy to manage and add content by a non-technical person from the admin panel. 5. The platform should be SEO enabled and can be easily
optimised. 6. The platform should use an industry-standard open-source system to create a secure and robust platform with a backend
CMS. 7. The frontend design of the platform should be easy to navigate and should have an international feel to its overall design.
Trilingual ( English, Hindi and Gujarati) with an option to add other languages. 9. The platform should have a dedicated section for
events/performances that are happening at Sharmistha, and the upcoming events will be updated regularly. 10. A section with details and
images of past events should be available on the platform and updated regularly. 11. The platform will be updated with content regularly.
12. The platform should be able to sync social media accounts and showcase posts on the homepage. 13. The platform will be maintained

The contractor shall hire a social media person responsible for managing Sharmishtha Island's social media presence, with a total budget,
including ₹25,000 specifically allocated for marketing activities starting before 02 months before project initiation. The marketing team
shall be responsible for creating and posting new, original content 2–3 times per week across all social media platforms, including
Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter), ensuring that no existing or previously used photos/videos are reused. The team will manage the
workflow, content quality, and timely posting in line with the department’s requirements, and all payments will be made as per
reimbursement to the department
As part of the social media team, the contractor shall hire a photographer within a budget of ₹75,000 with proven experience in interior
spaces, architectural photography, and event photography, capable of delivering both high-quality photos and videos. The photographer
must possess strong knowledge of editing and enhancement software to produce visually compelling content and demonstrate a clear
145 understanding of capturing architectural and interior design details, ensuring all visuals meet professional standards and support the Nos
marketing team’s social media objectives. The photographer will be responsible for covering all events, performances, and public feedback.
The photographer will provide edited photos and videos for the purpose of posting on social media. The photographer will work in
coordination with the marketing person to create content for social media.
