RequiredDocumentary evidence towards payments of EMD/valid EMD exemption certificate. In case of claiming exemption from EMD, valid document i.e, valid PEMD,SSI, MSME etc. shall be uploaded, failing which the bid will be rejected. Uploading of DD/BC towards EMD is not acceptable

Required1. The C-Book of the vehicle (Tractor) proposed to be on the name of the contractor (Vehicle supplier) only. Xerox copies of the 1st page of C-Book, route permit (goods carriage permit), vehicle fitness certificate, insurance, pollution certificate, license copy of the driver, PAN card, EPF registration, ESI/GIS, Labour license and GST registration of the firm shall be submitted.

RequiredThe truck should have the provision of hydraulic lifting system of trolley 2.5 MT along with owner ship.

RequiredThe contractor should submit the purchase order copies of previous experience in similar nature of work.

RequiredThe contractor shall provide one tractor manufactured not earlier than April-2019 and shall be in Excellent running condition

RequiredThe contractor should maintain always licensed driver can be witnessed at the time of pre- qualification bid.

RequiredThe truck and trolley should be maintained in good condition and can be witnessed at the time of pre-qualification bid.

RequiredThe Condition of the tyres should be maintained in good condition and can be witnessed at the time of pre-qualification bid.
