GENERATING PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
Horizontal Francis Impulse Turbine to deliver 50 kW,1500 rpm at Generator terminals with shaft, runner, casing, bearings, oil pressure units etc. and all other auxiliaries with 10% continuous over rating.
Synchronous Generator 50 kW, 0.415 kV, 3 Phase, 0.80 Pf, 50 Hz+ 3%, 1500 rpm, class 'F' insulation, Brushless Excitation, terminal equipment like neutral grounding system, LA/SC and other auxiliary system with 10% continuous over rating.
ELC based Generator/Turbine control panels including MCCBs, Protection, Metering systems all indicating instruments, switches with synchronizing system with 11 kV Grid and Parallel operation.
Electronic load Controller complete in all respect and suitable for above system.
Main inlet valve with expansion joint 300mm Dia suitable for fixing on penstocks.
STATION AUXILIARIES
1.1 kV Power and Control cable with accessories.
Lighting in the power house and appurtenant works
24 Volts 200 AH D.C. Battery, Charger and Distribution Board.
Station Service Board including bus bar, with MCCBs/ MCBs etc. of adequate capacities.
Earthing of power house and switchyard equipment.
Fire Protection system
Tripod with chain pulley (3-ton capacity) as required.
SWITCHYARD EQUIPMENT
Step up transformer 125 KVA, 0.415/11 KV ONAN complete with all accessories.
Double Pole with LAs, DO Fuse set and Isolator including Civil works like construction of foundation, cable trenches, earthing pits etc.
12 kV XLPE Cable/Conductor
Pale Fencing with gate
Erection, Testing and Commissioning
Freight, insurance and Transportation of above equipment from manufacturing plant to the site.
