Laboratory with NABL or NAAC Accreditation (Both Mechanical & Chemical) (The Consultant / Firm participating in the bid should have their own lab with NABL/NACC. The firm that does not have own laboratory can have the MOU with the firm or institution, having NABL/ NAAC with in Karnataka State only )

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff
