SEAT / BACK ASSEMBLY : The Seat is injection moulded in glass filled Polypropylene compound which is upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam. The Back is injection moulded in glass filled Polypropylene compound which is upholstered with Mesh fabric (Refer colour chart for seat & Back upholestry in product catalog). SEAT SIZE : 50.0cm. HIGH RESILIENCE (HR) POLYURETHANE FOAM: The HR polyurethane seat foam is moulded with density 45±2 kg/m³ and hardness 16±2 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression. M.S. POWDER COATED FRAMES FOR 4 LEG CHAIRS :The powder coated ( DFT 50±10 microns) welded tubular main frame is made from Ø 2.54 ± 0.03 cm x 0.2 ± 0.016 cm and Ø1.6±0.3mm x 0.16 ± 0.0128cm M.S. E.R.W tube. The Ø1.9 ±0.3mm x 0.12 ±0.0096 cm M.S.E.R.W. tube used as connecting member between LH & RH frames. Desklet support frame is made from Ø 2.22 ± 0.03 cm x 0.16 ± 0.0128 cm and welded to main frame. ARMREST : The Armrest are made of glass filled Polypropylene compound and assembled over the tubular frame. FULL DESKLET: The Full desklet is made of 1.3 ±0.02cm. thk. compact laminate board. Desklet has Front and back adjustment of 4.0 cm ±0.5 cm. OUTER DIMENSION: 59.5±0.1cm. (W) X 29.0±0.1cm. (D). WIRE TRAY: The paper tray is made of Ø 0.5 +0/-0.005cm.
