Surface Preparation for treatment by removing all the foreign materail including previously laid damaged membranes, damaged tiles & scrubs.
Providing & laying APP(Atatic polypropylene polymer) modified pre-fabricated five layer 4mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with nonwoven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 degree Celsius, 0.87-0.89 Kg/Litre and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch & sealing all the joint etc.& preparing the surface complete. The vital physical anmd chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Tensile strength in longitudinal & transverse direction at 23 degree Celsius as 750/600N/5 cm. Puncture resistance & gt:550N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2 degree Celsium when tested in accordance with ASTM., D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. Supply & apply of Anti-corrosive, waterproofing paint with aluminium finish , composed of oxidized bitumen, volatile solvents & specially formulated aluminium compound as protection coating. (Note: 7 Years Guarantee on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper should be given by the firm after completion of work for rectification of defects.)
Apply & supply of prefabricated flexible waterproofing tapes based on modified flexible polylefin (FPO) with advance adhesion. The vital physical parameters of the tape shall be as under: Tape width 100 mm, tape thickness 1 mm.
